Our requirement is to get report for PO Line Item wise gross value for combination of WBS and Material Group. Standard report ME2J gives net price but not gross value for Material Line items. Please let me know if any standard report( or ME2J) will suffice this requirement.

Hi Suresh,
As per my understanding it is not possible in a single Table.
If this is required for customized Z report then use this logic it may gives the correct information.
In the combination of MARD and MBEW.. From MBEW you can get the value for each Base Unit of Measure then multiply that value with storage location stock.
It may usefull to u..in the mean time i will try for some other option.

As a part of our Inventory Monitoring , we need to have a list showing Item wise Stock Value on a particular date (or end of any month date) .
Kindly guide us as what Tcode is available in SAP for getting such a list .

In MB5B report please select the Stock type as valuated stock, this will give you the Stock Value also.

How to get Item-Code wise stock quantity and value for a previous date

Dear Sir,
As per the government legal requirement , we are required to furnish a list for items having stock as on a date ( date is not the current date but it is some past date) and in the list we need to provide material wise stock quantity and value .
We can generate a list for the current date , but do not know how to get it for a previous date .
We request you to kindly guide us about such a list .

From Mb5b we canot get storage location wise report as we get only plant level qty and value.

Try the Tcode: MC.9 there enter the site and article and executeYou will get details of the article
stock, value. if you double click the article you will get the details of storage location.

MB5B Report for Date Wise Stock and Value

Hi,
I am Taking MB5B Report for Date Wise Stock and Value.
But I have one doubt all stocks is coming or not in these report like Unrestrected Stock,Return Stock.Blocked stock,Transist stock,Restrected Stock,qty Inspection Stock.
I have another Doubt in these report three Stock type indicaters are there like these.
1.Storage Location / Batch Stock
2.valuated Stock
3.Special Stock.
But i have one doubt what is defferent these

Yes MB5B report consider the Unrestricted, Quality, Blocked, Transit stock and restricted stock. Not sure about Return Stock.
If you select the Storage location/Batch stock radio button then the system will display all the possible stock from the storage location and the corresponding batch also.
If you select Valuated stock radio button then system will show only the valuated stock not the Non-valuated stock. Because Non-valuated material type is available in SAP system will not show those stock suppose if you select the Valuated stock radio button.

Items with zero stock quantity show negative stock value in Stock reports

When running Stock reports for controlling the stock value towards the GL accounts, some items appear with zero stock quantity, but the report still shows a stock value (negative value in my case)
How can this happen, and how can I correct this situation ?
System parameters are : negative stock is not allowed, Items with zero cost price not allowed. On item level average cost price method is used.

Hi Johnsen,
I believe you have checked the" Manage Inventory by warehouse". I have noticed this issue in SAP B1 2005B but this is rectified in 2007B. The system behaves in this way as the system maintains item cost for the item for all warehouses and even if the stock is not present in the warehouse, the system would still show you a value for the same. Goods Receipt Value line item wise

and what will be the benefit of such request? do you think a receiver (warehouse personell) can valuate whether the Po price is correct maintained by a buyer?
Maybe it is better to create check reports for the buyers instead.
you can certainly check in a user exit if price is far away from the price maintained in material master and can issue a warning or even an error.

0ic_c03 storage location wise - Valuated Stock Value is Blank

Dear Gurus,
I have successfully loaded Inventory data as per standard document.
Stock Qty and Value both are matching correctly at Plant Level, Material Level. All scenarios tested okay.
But as soon as I drill down further by Storage Location, It shows only Stock Qty. Stock Value becomes Blank.
Please suggest if anything missing in transformation or any assignment or routine.
10 marks will be given if suggestion works, for hints also I will give some marks.

Hi Gurus,
My client has R.M. Consumption A/c, R.M. stock Gain & Loss A/c, PRD Loss & Gain A/C, Revaluation Gain & Loss A/C & Legacy R.M. A/C.. In these accounts quantity & Value are mismatching & debit & credit balance are not equal. So please suggest me how can i maintain all of above accounts balance equal & quantity equal. please advise me. my client wants item wise consumption.

Hi,
KOB1 shows only postings on internal orders, while FS10N shows total postings on G/L account. That is if you have postings on this account for other CO obejcts (cost centre, WBS, etc.), then you'll obviously have difference.

Custom Report for the Stock and Stock value for a specific date

Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP standard t-code or any logic to get the transcations (additions (for example: Purchases) and subtractions (Sales) to the inventory) for a particular materials in a plant and with Total Stock and also Total Stock value when that particular transaction happened?
Our system is R/3 4.7
I looked at the MB5B, MBCE, MBCA, MC44, MB51 and some other standard T-codes but could not find the total stock value at the time of Transaction happened.
The history tables MBEWH and MARDH are updated after the month end closing procedures, right, which means I will have the inventory value changing every month if material has Price "S".

Hi Harter,
Unfortunately, you cannot see in a single tcode the value of stock and stock quantity on a specific date. As you yourself have pointed out, we only have to make use of the history table MBEWH, MARDH for the month wise stock quantity and value. Along with that you should also make use of the table MBEW to take teh stock quantity and value. So the total value of stock on a particular date will be
Stock qnty = MBEWH value until the previous month (for teh specific valuation class, period etc) + MBEW value for the present date.
But this will nto work out if you want to find out teh stock quantity and stock value on a past date basis. For past data, only m onthwise data is available. For this anyway you can refer to MC.1 and so on reports.
