ITMS Podcast Not Updated

Question

I added an <item> to my feed several hours ago. I still don't see my additional item in my Podcast area.
I used a link from a thread somewhere in this forum that outlined 2 URL methods for sending a "ping" to the iTMS so it updates. That has done nothing that I can detect.
Also.... there was an email, a review period, etc for my first Podcast. Will every episode I setup have to go thru this? I can't re-submit my feed, iTMS just says it's up already.
Ideas???

okay.
i've gone ahead and made my ttl 1.
we shall see..
but apparently ppl are having problems with the feed in the iTMS.
here is the rss.xml file in it's entirety... perhaps i have something fouled up in there.. it's always something trivial.
