    Hi cecebabymusik,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
Try the specific steps below for the your iPod touch first:

If the issue is not resolved, you may need to uninstall iTunes and all of it's components, and reinstall the latest version as explained in this article:

  • I phone os 4 does not sync calendar notes

i phone os 4 will not sync calendar notes. Any suggestions?

I finally figured out that the iPhone OS updates now have several calendars to sync with. When you are entering into your iPhone calendar you must be sure that you are entering into the calendar (usually color coded) that appears within Outlook. If it is syncing with a different colored calendar, you will not see it in Outlook unless you actually check to visualize both calendars while in Outlook. These several calendars are usually identified every time you have a new Outlook Mail account and choose to sync calendars with that mail account. I resolved this by only using one colored calendar in both Outlook and on my iPhone to ensure they are syncing with the same (and only one) calendar.
BTW, I am not using iCloud or the MC Exchange functions on my iPhone.

  • HT4191 iPhone 4S is not syncing my notes over iCloud

I followed the apple instruction on how to setup iCloud, created an e-mail account on both, the iPhone and my Mac Book Air and is not syncing the notes from my iPhone. I can see the notes from the iCloud account on my iPhone, but is empty. Does somebody know how to resolve this issue?

On the iPhone tap Settings > iCloud
Switch off both Contacts and Calendars then switch back on then reset the device.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Your question doesn't make sense. Facebook has nothing to do with syncing an iDevice. Explain your problem if you want an answer.

  • IPod Nano 7th gen not syncing, accesoire not recognized

    Hello,
My iPod Nano 7th generation is not syncing to my Macbook Pro, late 2011 and my iPod says 'Accesoire not recognized', while it's a lightning-cable from Apple itself. Can anyone help?

    Hello, Bram66.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I would recommend making sure you are using an Apple branded Lightning to USB cable, the MacBook Pro is connected to power and that you are not using a USB hub or docking station when charging the iPod nano.  If you are still experiencing issues after making the above changes, see the troubleshooting steps in the article below.

  • Notes syncing but not showing up in Outlook

I don't know if this is a topic somewhere, had a quick search couldnt find it.
I have an old version of Outlook (2000), which technically doesn't sync with the iPod touch (according to the apple site, 2003/2007 is required). now Outlook really misbehaves on my computer anyway but this isn't the issue.
I set it to sync anyway, just to see if it would, and it does seem to sync them. When I change Notes or make new ones, I get pop up messages when syncing, to ask if I want it to continue and overwrite them for example.
This morning I had to do a full restore, and it would appear that my Notes ARE somewhere on my Computer, because they have returned themselves to my iPod. yet i have no idea WHERE they are.
    anyone know?

In Outlook 2007, Notes are accessible in the bottom left corner of the window, at the bottom of what's called the Navigation Pane, below the Folder List. You may already have tabs there for Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. Initially, there is no Notes tab, but the Notes icon is placed at the bottom. Click on that, and it opens up a default note, and positions the Notes tab under the Tasks tab. All Notes are initiated here, and sync'd Notes from your iPod Touch and/or iPhone will be displayed there as well, arranged chronologically. At least, that's how it works in Outlook 2007.

  • ITunes not syncing "computer not activated"

iTunes will not sync anything (apps, music, books) i bought on the ipad. It keeps telling me that my "PC is not activated". But after activating my PC in "Settings", it tells me that my PC is already activated....and the initial message "PC not activated" reappears. The Apple-Hotline had nor answer for me at all.
As a first time Apple buyer, i expected it to be less frustrating than the usual stuff. Seems i was wrong!!

Im having the same problem with my computer. Its really annoying as I cannot back up or sync my iphone to my itunes

  • My iPad and iPhone are not syncing my notes, contacts and calendars

My iPad and iPhone are not syncing notes, calendars or contacts.

    Hello
Notes, Contacts and Calendar event can come from other sources too.
    > Email accounts Like Gmail, Outlook   ....
    > Social Media, like FaceBook Twitter ...
    > Apps you might be using.
Are each of your devices signed in with each account, that could be used to sync them?

  • My Outlook calendar won't sync with my ipod touch and vice versa.  Wherever I input the info is where it stays. Contacts and notes sync but not calendar.

My iPod Calendar won't sync with my Outlook Calendar and vice versa.  Wherever I input the information is where it stays.  My contacts and notes sync just fine.  Please help.  Very frustrated.  It used to work just fine.  I just upgraded to iTunes 10.2 version.

I have the same problem since I updated to iTunes 10.2 Sue (I think). For me this was somewhere in January.
I wasn't sure iTunes was the issue, until I read your post. I tested syncing a note, and that works fine.
My 2nd generation Ipod Touch runs on IOS 4.2.1. It won't upgrade to 4.3.
Possibly the synchonisation between iTunes 10.2 and IOS 4.2.1 doesn't work correctly.
Has somebody else solved this isue? I use both calendars (on iPod Touch and on PC) for work and private matters.
Otherwise I have to uninstall iTunes 10.2 and downgrade to 10.2.

I can't restore because I have a drawing app that has over 400 sketches that I have sketched and if I don't back up my iPad before syncing it I will lose all of my sketches. If anyone has any tips, advice, or anyway to help me please let me know.

  • IPod will not sync/charge/be recognized in iTunes.

I have an iPod Touch 32gb 2nd generation that is not being recognized by my computer at all. I've checked the Device Manager and iTunes looking for it, and it isn't showing up. I'm using Vista and the current version of iTunes.
The screen is recursively showing the Apple logo and the "low battery" sign over and over again as the iPod is attempting to charge - it's been plugged in well over the 10 minutes that it's supposed to charge, and it's appearing not to charge.
I've used two different charge cords, tried to reset the iPod, and restarted the computer to get it to do something. Nothing is happening.
    Can you help me?

I did, and I thought that I had tried everything. I actually just looked in my computer again for the device, and for some reason, it is now showing. It's Murphy's Law at work, I swear. My iPod is now charging.
Thank you for your help, even if it ended up not being necessary. It is greatly appreciated.

  • TS1363 Ipod Nano 7 shows up as an ejectable device in Itunes, but will not sync/does not show up as a device.

My nano 7 will show up meaning an option to eject it shows up.  The sync options are not grayed out, but it literally goes into sync for about 10 seconds and then shows as complete.  None of my music has moved over to nano.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes with newest version and have reset the nano as well.  The Itunes diagnostics fails when it does the device connected testing.

  • Iphone 4 will not sync.  not enough memory.

I am trying to sync my Iphone 4 with Itunes.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit.  I have a dell XPS 8100 with 12GB memory and Intel Core i5 CPU.
My IPhone 4 is running software version 4.2.1.  Itunes latest version 10.2.2 64 bit.
I keep on getting message "The IPhone "XXX" cannot be synced.  There is not enough memory available."
I tried a complete uninstall of all Apple software per support instructions.  I even took computer and IPhone to Apple Store.  Tecs could not help.  All he said is that he had seen a similar problem for Windows 7 64 bit.  What am I supposed to do?
I am very frustrated.  I spent all this money on the Iphone and now I cannot add music or update the phone.  I am considering dumping Iphone for droid phone when contract is up.

    I have rebooted several times.
I should also add that I have tried running syncing from a different user account on my PC.

  • Another 'can not sync.. not enough space'

    Windows 7
    iPod Touch 4th gen - 32 gigs
    iTunes 10.6.3.25
    Recently changed out my harddrive.
    Loaded new iTunes.
    'Authorized' this 'new computer'.
Loaded all my iTunes music and settings into the new iTunes from my external backup.
Hooked in my iTouch and 'Transfered Purchases' (mostly Apps)
    Then tried to sync.....
The 'Capacity' bar says I have 5.6 gigs free.
    (Audio 21.1,  Photo's .03,  Apps 1.13,  Other .81,  Free 5.6)
I'm not trying to add anything new.  (Well, a couple of podcasts, but not much..)
But it's telling me it needs 18 more gigs to sync.
When I uncheck Music, it syncs fine.  'Music' is a single 'selected' Folder (iPod)
(I have more music in iTunes than will fit onto my Touch.  I pull things in and out of the 'iPod' Folder and sync only that.)
The only thing I can come up with is that it's not really 'syncing' with what's already on my Touch but, rather, trying to add the 'new' iPod Folder in with what's already there....  Make sense...?
So, what, do I have to Restore to get rid of everything on the Touch now?  Why doesn't it see that it's the same folder?  It *is* the same folder!  Just on a different drive....   ***?!

I suspect iTunes isn't smart enough to know that most of what you want to put on the device is what is already there. Switching from one library to another is rarely hassle free. You'll probably need to backup, then restore the device, then load up the media. See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
