Hi Folks,
when publishing the webGui according to the docu i want to login to webgui and i get that dump.
the dump says the template templates/webgui/dm/generator.html" has syntax-errors.
i'm new to its and just want to combine webdynpro applications for ABAP with r/3 transactions....

Error message 'Please log on to the SAP system' when selecting 'shop'

In SRM when we click on 'shop' or 'Goods Receipt' we get the error 'ITS System Information 'Please log on to the SAP System' where it prompts user to log on again. However when user logs on it opens up the same screen again saying please log on to the sap system.
This only happens when we shop using the External ITS (wgate), EBP works fine using the Internal ITS.
Please can someone help.

Look using SRM transaction SITSPMON and RZ20, RZ21.
Also Please check SAP OSS Note 517860
-> For ITS, You need to maintain the RFC connection in the connection type "T" i.e TCP/IP. Maintain in the Table - TWPURLSVR.
Ensure that you have maintained correct entries in the TWPURLSVR table using SM30 transaction for the ITS Web path (http or https address path). Note you are passing port - 8001 in the address here. Incase you face problems, Please ask you BASIS person to help you out.

-> What all logs appear in SLG1 and SM21 transactions after publishing all the Internet services.

Problem while creating Logical System Connecting Portal to ECC (Backend)...

- I am trying to connect portal to ABAP so that from portal's iView i could access any ABAP T-Code (e.g. SE37).
- Secondly, just wanted to let you know that i am not implementing SSO.
- I used iView's SAP GUI Type = SAP GUI for HTML.
I made following 3 tests, out of which ITS connection is failed. and while previewing my iView i m not able to connect with ABAP and giving error: "The URL http://192.168.1.104:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui was not called due to an error."
Could u pls guide me what to do.... And i mentioned everything at the bottom in detail.

SAP Web AS Connection (Successful)
Test Details:
The test consists of the following steps:
1. Checks the validity of system ID in the system object.
2. Checks if the system can be retrieved from the PCD.
3. Check whether a SAP system is defined in the system object
4. Validate the following parameters: WAS protocol; WAS host name
5. Checks if the host name of the server can be resolved.
6. Pings the server to see if it is alive.

Timed out error in SRM

Hi
I am working in SRM 5 and with support level 9.
When the user try to type in lot of information manually in the Header or the Item text in the SRM PO and then try to save it, he gets the SRM timed out error. Looks like SRM doesn't treat the information being filled in header and item text field as system being active and ultimately gives a timed out error.
Any suggestions to overcome this issue?

SR1 Trial version - Runtime error in Webdypro application

I have installed SR1 Netweaver trial version on my Laptop. It's running on xp professional. I get following error when I run a webdynpro application. I found a thread with similar error but I am not sure what I need to put in my host file. When I installed the Trial version I did not specify a Domain name.

Following from Serdar Simsekler, in one of the forum questions helped to solve my problem.
Hi again I hit other problems and here is how I solved them. As mentioned in my earlier thread I have installed the NW 7.01 trial version. At the installation, I unchecked the FQDN option as I did not know what to input there. After this succesfull installation, last night I tried to test a web dynpro application and it failed to show in the browser. At first, it did not even bring the logon screen saying the service was not reachable and mentioning error code '403-Forbidden'. Then I started the webgui services and web dynpro services using SICF. I can not remember which services I started (I mean I do not know which ones were already started), so here is a list of services which you may need to check and activate:
default_host/sap/public/bc/* default_host/sap/public/icf_info/* default_host/sap/public/icman default_host/sap/public/myssocntl default_host/sap/bc/echo/* default_host/sap/bc/error/* default_host/sap/bc/gui/* default_host/sap/bc/graphics/* default_host/sap/bc/wdvd default_host/sap/bc/webapp default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/* (I guess you can also choose only the applications you wish to run)
Then the logon page came and let me to input user account details via popup. However, after I logon I got another error saying there was something wrong with some template, syntax error and RABAX_STATE, bla bla... And when I tried to test my simple web dynpro it was giving an internal error, hence not showing the web application. I knew I had this second problem because I had not set a fully qualified domain name. The solution was changing the profile parameter icm/host_name_full. But I was not a BASIS guy. I tried transactions RZ10, RZ11 but could not manage to change the parameter. Then I risked and changed the profile files in the Windows directory. I know this is not a robust way to do this but I tried creating profiles, etc. but could not do it. If someone else can explain the "normal" way, would be appreciated. Using Notepad, I added the line
icm/host_name_full = XXYYZZ.acme.com
(here replace XXYYZZ with your host name. Possibly this is the value in the parameter SAPLOCALHOST (can display the value using txn RZ11)) in the profile files located at D:usrsapNSPSYSprofileNSP_DVEBMGS00_SSPC001 and D:usrsapNSPSYSprofileDEFAULT.PFL . (Your files might be located in another drive) Also, I added a new line to my hosts file (i.e. C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts) using Notepad:
127.0.0.1 XXYYZZ.acme.com
(You might need to change 127.0.0.1 with the IP of the loopback adapter if you used it. I am not sure though. And "acme.com" is just a random domain name, you can use any domain name which complies with [FQDN specs|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/67/be9442572e1231e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm] but I recommend using this, simply because this works.) Then, I restarted the SAP server. I tried the web gui but it was still problematic saying the aforementioned error arguments. And I searched for a solution. I found [this|ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE ( RABAX_STATE ); thread. Then I re-published the internet services SYSTEM, IAC and WEBGUI (thanks Edgar Chuang) using the txn SE80. I tried web GUI and it is fine now. I tested my web dynpro application and it works now. So, I am happy. Hope I will not hit any more problems and hope this helps to others. *--Serdar

What all errors you notice in transaction SM21, RZ20, SLG!, and ST22 Transactions ?
Please paste complete short dump details, by saving the same in a notepad(text) file.
1. User attributes missing

Please ensure IACOR service must be running correctly before publishing the HTML Templates using the report - W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES
When you are using the Internal ITS,you need not run the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES.(only SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT report )
Is IACOR running correctly ? chk it out using SMICM Transaction.
What all errors are you getting in ST22, SLG1, SICF and RZ20 transactions. ?
Have you maintained Z roles for the ITS users or maintaied Z roles using PFCG transactions ?
Are you using Integrated ITS or ITS service on a seperate site. ?
Ensure that the Internet sites in SRM system are maintained in table TWPURLSVR using SM30 Transaction.

In ITS-Service ITSMOBILE no HTML-Template ALV_GRID.html

Hi all,
i use its-mobile with alv grid. In my Template i changed text:
Unknown type CUST_CTRL for element CONTAINER1
with:
`include(~service="itsmobile", ~theme="99", ~name="alv_grid.html");
alv_grid("ALV", 52, 8);`
But now i get the error: ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE - that file alv_grid.html is not found. That is right! When i look into ITSMOBILE -> Thema 99 -> HTML-Templates no file called alv_grid.html is there. So how do i get this file?
System is SAP ECC 6.0, Release 700 Support Package SAPKA70016.

I presume its the same level as your Application Support Pack SAPKA70016? i.e SAPKB70016

How to configure WEBGUI ?

 We installed SAP Netweaver 7.0 ABAP with ORACLE on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise OS. we are trying to access WEBGUI from web browser, but we are getting ERROR, we checked the note { 517484 Inactive services in the Internet Communication Framework }.
 We activated the required services but still we are getting the errors. I pasted below the error that we got.

Below are the steps on how to activate webgui
1. Go to your Instance Profile parameter using tcode RZ10 and set the icm/server_port_0 parameter to PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000
2. Now go to transaction SICF and activate the following:
/sap/public/bc/its/mimes
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
3. Run transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL to publish internet services.
4. Now browse to http://<servername>:<icmport>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/
As simple as that, you can now use SAP webgui.

RABAX_STATE error during a connection on ECC6

Hi ,
I'm trying to configure connections between EP e ECC6 with SSO.
The comunication between server works correctly and all the comunications test (SAP Web AS Connection, ITS Connection and Connection Test for Connectors) are ok.
Everything is configured on the ECC6 (for SSO) and if i try to connect using webgui it works!
Now I need to configure my Businnes Package "Maintenance Management".
If I try to use it, trying to connecting on my ECC6, I have the following error message on EP

Please check the Dump logs on ECC 6 via ST22 and look if any ABAP errors raised. Sometimes this is caused by that all necessary services are not acitive on ECC.
Please use the following TCODE and Program to active services
tcode: SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT
prog: W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES
this is referered at ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE in BBPstart service

ITS Theme Generator on NW2004s

I am trying to use the ITS Theme Generator on our NW2004s portal via Portal display and I am having problems, even though I have already activated >/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/
on /nSICF and also published SAP_GENERATE on /nSE80. I am using an existing portal template, and using ITS theme generator to generate an ITS template for our connected (portal to CRM) system.
Values I use:
ITS Server: http://<server><port>:/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/
User: XXXXX
Password: XXXXX
ITS Service: SAP_GENERATE
Portal Theme: MyPortalTheme

I partially fixed this problem by finding SAP Note 964521, and executing tcode /nSIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL
But now when I use the ITS Theme Generator and Generate, I get the code (below) but cannot preview, as the sap_preview ITS preview Service does not exist on WAS 6.40 (integrated ITS). SAP_PREVIEW does not exist on SE80 eithier. Is there another method of displaying this graphically?

This problem disappeared.
However, my adapter engine is still red.
When I click the CCMS button, I get:

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server DEV_PDV_01 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi,
You need to Publish the services in a proper sequence, then only it will get activated.
Also switch between SAP GUI for windows and SAP gui for HTML, because if you are accessing the system through network, problem may arise.
Try switching between these launchpads, might help you.
Publish the WEBGUI first, SHUFFLER then, and dont forget to publish completely, else it wont work.
