Its just not working?????

Question

As far as I know everything is setup correctly, when I look on the
imaging server I can view the Zenworks imaging server screen but it has
no statistics, they are all zero.
On a workstation object I click on the take an image of this
workstation on next boot......
but nothing happens?? The image is set to save to my data partition,
not sys\public, dont know if this should make any difference?
Anyone any ideas or suggestions on what to try, thanks
