ITS logoff on CK71 not working

Hi All,
I am now facing with one more issue with ITS mobile service.
I am not able to 'LOGOFF' from the service only when the service is run from handheld/CK71.
It does LOG OFF successfully when the service is run on my laptop / from GUI.

Could it be that the Device Function key is not been recognised? Even though the focus is on the "YES" button on the screen?

If you recently purchased this then it is not likely to be a valid sale/purchase. Adobe does not sell older versions of their products and no one but Adobe provides student/teacher licensing. If you purchased this some time years ago and it is only recently that you find you are not able to reactivate it with the original serial number you can try contacting Adobe Support thru chat and see if they will be willing to work with you to resolve this.

Warranty and support is only valid in the country of origin. The only exception being the EU where a device bought in any EU country can get warranty or service in any EU country.
Warranty is determined by device (serial number), no documentation required.
Apple does not repair devices, they replace them. For that reason, ensure the device is backed up and any pictures take with the device are copied off the device prior to going in for service.

Try using Recovery Manager to reinstall your original AMD graphics driver - the procedure for using recovery manager to reinstall Software and Drivers is detailed in the relevant document on the link below.
Recovery Manager - Windows 8.
Recovery Manager - Windows 7
After the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.

You can buy Snow Leopard at:

You could contact Apple Support and see if they have the original discs for that machine but it would be 10.4.11 and there's no reason not to go to at least Snow Leopard, especially since the 10.6 discs would probably cost the same as a replacement set of 10.4.11

ITS Mobile Function Key not working

Dear Gurus,
I'm currently working on a ticket concerning SAP screens on hand held devices.
On the hand held devices we have all the LM screens available + an own developed screen.
Everything is working fine on the hand held device until the user gets to the custom developed program. In here the F7 key (used on the no touch device) does not work.
Instead the device starts his zoom functionality but no action on the SAP end.
I currently have tried everything.
I even tried catching the pressed key with ~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE but this still does not fix the problem.
Does anybody know what or where I could look for the solution?

F7 works in all programs.
Only on the z application that we added to the standard LM programs the F7 only zooms in on the web page.
OS on the hand held is a windows mobile version, Browser is internet explorer.
If we change it From F7 to F8 it works.
I'm starting to think its the configuration file on the mobile device that is causing problems for the Z program but I can't come up with a logical explenation because it works on the other LM programs.

Enterprise Portal : SAP Netweaver 7.0 We have updated Support pack from SP11 to SP21.
and in End user application log-off tab is not working.
ALthough when we login through Administrator user it is working fine

I can think of 2 reasons:
1. Java Version
2. Compatibilty Mode of Internet Explorer. There is a button on the address bar next to the refresh button in IE 9.

Iphone 5 slide to unlock is not getting swiped & its Wake/Sleep button not working

Iphone 5 Wake/Sleep button is not working and the phone 5 is not getting unlock (the slide to unlock is not getting swiped).
The phone is in warranty and was purchased from US. Apple is denying to provide any kind of support as they say that the Iphone has opened eventhough it has not been opened.
I must say that the quality of apple has been going down & down after Steve Jobs demise.

Flash player says its installed but is not working- please read

Hey everyone!
the past few days I have easily spent several hours working with my flash player. First- it was saying I needed to put in the latest version, so I did, it said it worked but when I tried to watch videos or play a game etc I got an error message saying I needed flash player 11. and I went through that process countless times. I restarted my computer, ran my virus software, etc. when none of that worked I just disabled and trashed ALL of the software I had downloaded since I had had the problem including my current flash player and adobe. Just now, I tried to install the flash player again. It seemed to work great- it said it installed and I clicked finnish... but, behold, I go to watch a video for school and I have the same problem. I tried to change the computer type to the otehr windows 7 option for the download, again it seemed to work fine and downloaded and told me it was finished... but I still can't view my video or do any games etc online. I have worked with the IT department at school and with family... no one can figure it out. it should be working as far as we are all concerned...but it is not and I have school work to do.
If someone could please help me I would much appriciate it! if this is a glitch with some adobe thing- PLEASE fix it asap. I have work to do!

Turning Touch on its Side...NOT WORKING HELP!?!?!?

I am a new Apple user so please be nice
I just got my Ipod Touch in the mail today and have been fooling around with it for a few hours now.
When I try and turn the Ipod on its side (so that you get the landscape view of photos, websites, or the CD Cover catalog), it doesn't always work.
Sometimes I have to flip the Touch back and forth 15 times at all different angles before the a photo switched from Portrait View to Landscape view.
Is there a trick to turning it on its side, or is this a defective Touch? Any thoughts?

It seems that if I tilt it up and turn it on its side, then it switches to landscape view, but if I have it laying flat in my palm, and just rotate my palm, it doesn't move.
Is this normal?

In custom Masthead logoff functionality is not working properly

We have customized Masthead based on standard SAP par com.freescale.navigation.masthead"
I am explaining issue with example.
1)     User logon to Portal.
2)     He is under System Administrator -> Support page.
3)     He press Sign Out link which is provided in custom masthead.
4)     User log off from the portal.
5)     But Address bar is showing following URL
6)     https://(portal-server) /irj/portal?NavigationTarget=ROLES://portal_content/administrator/system_admin/system_admin_role/com.sap.portal.system_admin_ws/com.sap.portal.support/com.sap.portal.support_desk
7) Ie. When user again Log on he directly jumps to the
System Administrator -> Support page.
I want to remove the NavigationTarget part from the address bar when user Log Off. So that when user logon again he should able to see the default role after log on.

Hi Shrikant,
In masthead par file there is LogInRedirect.jsp which is responsible for getting logon URL and display logon page back in browser after logoff is done. This jsp inturn calls getPortalURL function. This function is present in logon par file (umLogoffPage.jsp). If you have made changes in logon par file make sure that this jsp has that function.
Have a look at these two par files and make sure these functions are these.
