Its not letting me go past the agreement
i just got my iPod touch last weekend and ive been working on my computer trying to figure out how to get it synced with my iTunes.
i had an iPod video.
everytime i plug in the touch it asks to register or register later and i pressed register then it goes to the contract and save.
after that it doesnt do anything else.
any idea? This is frustrating me.
Two ways ... right-click on your Desktop and select Properties and then Settings, or go do Control Panel / Display and then Settings. Increase the resolution so that you can see the "OK" box in the registration window.

Have changed password. Still can't download as it will not let me get past the Name/password screen.

There is not normally any requirement to provide a password when installing Adobe software. Can you explain what you are trying to download (Flash Pro or Flash Player) and other details. There are normally no emails involved either so your mention of that is a wonder as well. Why you say your name comes up when you go to install is also a wonder since you say you are unable to download. -

- Try a reset.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Then connect to your computer and try to restore.
- See if placing the iPod in recovery mode will allow a restore. For recovery mode see:

By 'not letting me' you mean ... ? If you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account.
If the card is being declined then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support and see if they know why it's being declined (but you may not be able to use a debit card) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management -

My iPad has been stolen. Someone broke into my house on Tuesday. I have already tried locking it through icloud. I have reported this to the authorities but they cannot do much unless I give them the serial number to the iPad. With the serial number they can put it into a database and send that inormation to pawn shops, so i the theie tries to pawn it, the pawn shop employeee can convscate the iPad and hand it over to the authorites. I need the serial number to report it to the authorities. I dont have the box it came in or the receipt and its not on my itunes on the computer because I didnt use it or music, just pictures. Can someone please help??? btw, some words are misspelled becasue the letter that comes ater the letter E, doesnt work on my keybord.

I am trying to downloat the new CS6 Design Suite and am not able to get past the previous version menu. Getting the message "This serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another." How do I get past this?
When you say "Download" do you actually mean install?
Which version are you upgrading from?

What exactly happens when you try to sync?
Does iTunes see the iPod?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

You are at the max version of Tiger OS 10.4.11. There are no additional updates.
If you want to go to a higher version of Mac OS X, that's an upgrade, that requires a purchase.

many of the apps in my newstand won't let me get past the "connect to iTunes" notification. When i touch "OK" the same notice keeps coming back. What do i do.
Settings>Store>Your Apple ID - tap the ID and then sign out.
I only have one app in the Newsstand folder - the Sports Illustrated app. I have never gotten this message about connecting to iTunes so I'm not sure what that is all about. I would quit the Newsstand app and the other apps and the restart the iPad and see of that helps.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that doesnt work, reset the iPad. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
How come its not letting me video chat with more than one people?
i've chatted before with more than 2 people on ichat but for some reason its not letting me. The plus sign will only show like 2 names meanwhile there are other people on my buddy list that i want to add not the ones in the plus sign. I've exited out of the chat i had with one person and went to the other person to make sure theres is working and it does. so why can;t i chat with 3 people then, and how to add them. If someone can help that would be great! Thanks!

I began using the migration assistant. It downloaded fine on my PC, and I was able to follow the steps on the apple website, but it will not let me continue past selecting which items to migrate on my Mac. However, if I try to exit out of the window it says migration in progress do not close. There is not a bar to measure the progress of the migration on either the PC or Mac like the instructions say there will be.
