Hi Experts:
I need to change the settlement rule which is automatic created at the moment that you create a Cost colector (class order RM01) transaction KKF6N..
but when I go into KKF6N transaction and I select the "change" option and after that I go into settlement rule screen, I can´t change the distribution rule.
I would need to change the settlement type from "PER" value to "TOT" value.. It´is possible in this kind of Cost colectors??

Hi,
Please note that you will not be able to change manually the settlement rule for a cost collector.
When you save, the system creates a settlement rule for the product cost collector.
The settlement rule for the product cost collector always specifies the distribution rule "100% to material" and the settlement type is always PER (periodic).
Also refer the note 388457 in which one of the paragraph it says "As of Release 4.5, a special settlement rule is generated when you create a product cost collector (with procedure 5: delivery value for product cost collector). You cannot subsequently change this settlement rule".

In your post you have indicated that the MBP has Snow Leopard (10.6.8) installed. You will have to use the original OSX disk and slide it into the DVD drive on startup holding the C key. Then you follow the instructions on the display.
Worst case is to take it to an Apple store and have them assist you in the installation process.

I reaaally hate how anti-procrastination apps like ColdTurkey don't work for apple products, because what's the point of restricting internet usage on the computer when you can just access it from your apple device? There's no point in using the parental controls or setting passwords for obvious reasons, either.
So I had an idea: from what I know, after guessing the password incorrectly 6 times, the device is locked for 1 min, 7 times, 5 min etc. So I was thinking, is it possible to change the settings, for example, to lock the phone for 60min after 3 wrong password attempts? This would be incredibly helpful!!

Whether you can do this depends on how much time you are willing to invest. The easy answer is 'no'.
Having said that, it is possible to change the script to change the icon for a specific page. For this, you need to change the output files and you must create an exception to the regular mechanism. Best of all, you need to hard code the topic title/url to do this. This is a typical case of 'I offer consultancy for these kinds of things'. PM me if you want to know more.

Want to change the cost element for a activity type (KP26)

Hi,
I want to change the Allocation cost element for an activity type in KP26. I have already changed the cost element in the activity master data in KL02. Now i want to change it in KP26. I am trying to delete the existing line item in KP26 to create the new line item with the new cost element, but system not allowing to delete the existing one. It throws the error message ""Allocations with XXXXXXX/XXXX (Cost center/Activity type) exist ; deletion not possible". Can someone please help me to change the cost element?

Thanx for you people for helping me. i havin gone doubt here. If i am deleting the existing line in KP26 and create new line with appropriage cost element will it be cause the existing datas? I don't want to go for another activity type, because our process is a complex process exist all over the world in more than 300 company codes. So i want to use the existing activity type but want to change the allocation cost element alone. Is there any possibility to change the cost element alone?

Is it possible to change the distributions on an Unearned Revenue line?

We have a product who's accounting segment was updated after an order was placed. This item is a class product so revenue is not recognized until Day 1 of the class. The original Unearned Revenue line is incorrect and I believe it is causing problems updating the revenue line. When I try to fix the Unearned Rev line, multiple Unearned Rev lines are created. How do I fix this line?

We are getting an error: FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change. We get this when trying to correct the distribution account on the revenue line. It's only on about 15 transactions where we have this issue. We are unable to locate any trailing spaces.
Additionally, the order lines for these transactions are not progressing to CLOSED. They are stuck at FULFILLED. Not sure how to fix this problem.

Is it possible to change the default settings for the slideshow?

The default settings for any new slideshow use the dreaded Ken Burns effect and some awful background music from a standard library. Having to turn these things off for every new slideshow I start is driving me nuts. Running a version of Linux, the default application for PDF files is "Use Document Viewer (default)", which appears to be /usr/bin/evince. I'd much prefer to use /usr/bin/okular; how can I change the default. This question is NOT about how to change the function that is automatically applied when I access a link, in this case "Preview in Firefox", but rather to the default application that I can select when I download a file being viewed in Firefox's previewer.

This is real progress, a solution to the problem as posted. The command:
xdg-mime default okularApplication_pdf.desktop application/pdf
makes okular the default.
However when I added okular to the choices for applications in:
* Edit>Preferences>Applications>PDF
the popup box that appears when I click Download on the preview page changed. The pulldown menu that appears next to "Open with" used to have 3 entries:

Now it has only 2:

How can I control the entries in this pulldown list?

It's a little tricky to move data from one iCloud account to another but it can be done. But what makes you think you have 2 iCloud accounts.

Is it possible to change the URL of the browser corresponding to changes in the timeline?

I'm trying to create a whole website in Edge. Is it possible to change the browser URL for different sections of the animation. For example me.com/part1 leads to 2.0 seconds in the animation. And for example when you type me.com/part2 the browser would go to 4th second of the animation. And vice versa, when the animation reaches the 4th second the browser URL would change to me.com/part2. It would be really great if that were possible. Any ideas on how to accomplish it?

Hi there, Joel's example seems to be exactly what you're trying to do. All you need to do is replace his functions with your functions.
There are two main parts to his example: 1) reacting to a URL change directly in the URL bar, 2) reacting to a button click, and setting the URL
Regarding Item 1: this line (this adds a listener for when the URL hash is changed, and calls the 'sym.animate' function in his example). Note that he is linking the value after the # with the symbol names 'panel1', etc. This line enables the functionality for you to be able to directly change the URL to: testStep95.html#panel2, and the site will change pages.

Regarding Item 2: he's setting the page title (based on the active panel symbol) and URL hash, in the 'sym.animate' function. He calls the 'sym.animate' function on click of btn1, btn2, btn3:

The table lrx_tmp_pat_daterank is having that 31147758 rows. So I am wondering how to make the query to use the newly created index on the table?

Why do you think using Indexes will improve the performance of the query? How many rows this query is returning? Optimizer might chose a Full table scan when it finds out that Index plan might not be useful. Why are you using /*+ USE_HASH (c,e,b,a) */ hint? This Hint will force oracle to use Full table scan instead of using the index. Try removing it and see if the plan changes.

Change the default icon for unsatisfied node

Is it possible to change the default icon for the unsatisfied node (unsatisfied indicator). I have checked the UI content element with the same name, but it does not have the source file setting in it, so I guess it is hard coded. I tried to change the source file with the name unsatisfied_status.gif to a different image and it works, but this will be a system wide change. I want to do this as a model specific change. Has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance.

Did you try changing image name in UI edit page?
UI edit page lists few images which can be changed for each UI, like unsatisfied indicator, logic status icons etc.

Yes and no.
You can select all the tracks you wish to change the Genre of and change them all at once. Then choose File>Get Info or type command-i.
You'll be warned that are about to edit information for multiple items.
Click OK. Then make you Genre change.
Just remember any field you change will be changed in all the selected items.
