Itune card redeemed but didn't buy anything? Help!!!

My daughter entered her code into our home computer. We've searched purchase history for our account and can't find anywhere that the purchases have actually taken place. We don't think anyone was logged in when she put in the code, so where does the $$ go? Please help. She really wants to download some songs before we go on vacation at the end of this week!!

When you enter the code it asks you to either log in or create a new account. If she didn't do either, then the card probably wasn't redeemed. Have you tried entering the code a second time? You might want to double check that the amount wasn't already credited to you account. Select the iTunes Store in the left-hand column of iTunes. Click on your email address in the top right-hand corner of iTunes and enter your password if/when prompted. Then, look next your email address at the top. Do you see the amount of the credit there? iTunes Store doesn't have a customer service phone number, but they do have an online form you can fill out to email them:

But I would imagine they'd refer you to that same email link.

    There are no fees for use of iTunes. I would find out what the charge is for and notify your credit card company. In addition I would contact iTunes Store support. You can do so here:

    Also, I noticed when I went into my settings that it says my downloads are set up for two computers. I only have one computer that has iTunes installed on it. Could someone be hacking my account? I don't think this is the case, because if they were buying things, wouldn't I notice the new songs in my library? Also, wouldn't I be getting an emailed receipt? I haven't been getting any new music or any receipts, so I'm assuming I was either charged again for that one episode, or there was a mistake on iTunes' part, because I promise, I didn't buy anything!

    Have you logged into your account in iTunes and checked your purchase history?
    It shows everything that has been bought.

    Within a day or two of charging you anything, Apple sends you an email receipt with the detail.  Are you getting these?

    You can purchase a new iTunes card to increase the credit or contact iTunes Support to have them clear the credit.

    If you didn't buy anything you don't have to pay. But the App Store requires you to enter your Apple ID password when you download a free app. And in order to have an Apple ID you must have a form of payment entered. You will not be charged to download a free app.

    First, if you're using an iOS device, make sure that you did not inadvertently make an in-app purchase. Many apps, particularly games, are free for the base game but charge for additional features such as levels, "coins" and other such add-ons.     You can certainly contact Apple as Ocean20 suggests.
    Another step you can take in the meanwhile is review your purchases.  Open iTunes on your computer.  Go to Store > View Account in iTunes' menu.  Sign in to your Apple ID.  You can then find a Purchase History row to review.
