Itune dejo de funcionar la entrar al Itunes Store

Desde hace unos días y luego de instalar la última actualización de Itunes 11.0.5.5, cuando voy a ingresar al Itunes Store me aprece una ventana del Windows 8 que me dice Itunes dejó de funcionar y se cierra. La biblioteca y la reproducción de los contenidos que tengo no presentan problema.

    Bueno, honestamente nunca había escuchado de un problema así pero te recomiendo que llames al número de AppleCare de tu país y veas si te pueden dar asistencia telefónica, normalmente así debería ser por tratarse de un equipo nuevo.  Si con la ayuda que te den por ese medio no se corrige seguramente te dirán que lo lleves a un centro de servicio o con tu compañía telefónica.
    Me extraña que te hayan dicho ellos que no podían hacer nada porque a mi en la mía cuando tuve un problema me cambiaron el teléfono (que estaba en garantía) pero algunas son menos 'amigables' con los usuarios.

    Close your iTunes,
    Go to command Prompt -
    (Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
    (Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
    In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
    netsh winsock reset
    Hit "ENTER" key
    Restart your computer.
    If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
    Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
    If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

    Dalla cima della barra dei menu di iTunes Store schermo click > Autorizza questo computer
    Assicurati di utilizzare lo stesso ID di Apple che si desidera utilizzare il Mac App Store. Ora esci da iTunes e lanciare l'App Store.
    Vedere se è possibile firmare in ora.

    Hola tengo problemas a la hora de entrar a itunes store (Error del vinculo seguro a itunes store) todo esto sucedio despues de instalar un moden usb HUAWEI E173, ya probe todo ya instale esto winsock xp fix, y no me soluciono, aunque ahora me conecto a otra red igual mantiene el mismo error, parece q el modem de huawei a modificado parametros dentro de mi equipo, aca le dejo el error mas detallado, se que puedo solucionarlo restaurando el sistema, pero en ocaciones cuando viajo necesito usar el modem usb y vuelvo a tener el problema.

  • Why does itunes store shuts my itunes down?

    When I open the store, then it reads. 'Itunes dejó de funcionar' (itunes stopped working) and then it closes the whole thing. I can listen to my music. It's only that when I try to open the store, then the system crashes and I need to restart Itunes. So far, I haven't been able to access  itunes store to buy my music.

    I also encountered the same problem.
    Signing out, quitting from iTunes, iBooks, confirming Country ... All of that didn't solve the problem on my iPad but going back to iTunes on my desktop iMac, going to 'purchased' and then synching with the iPad from there seemed to unstick things and download the books I wanted.
    I also made sure that automatic download was ON for books in the settings area on the iPad beforehand.
    Don't know exactly which single action solved the problem and I still get the can't access iTunes message but at least I've managed to download the books I wanted.
    The other interesting thing was that the problem didn't affect every download, just some! Don't ya just love computers!

    Yes in an STL file the subs have a comma after each In and Out Timecode (as a separator) and also they don't normally have line spaces between each entry. If you want the subs to be on two lines and "force" what goes on to the second line (rather than SP deciding for you) then where you want the return to be you need to add "bar" symbol (the one above the backslash on a Mac keyboard)
    Try it on a couple of lines of your subtitles to see if it works before committing. I usually create my subs as STL files but it should work

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

    It was Love Actually. It's been in my library a few years but is now missing. It's odd...it isn't even in the iTunes Store anymore.   • Songs that I have purchased are missing in iTunes (file not found/exclmation point), and do not show up in the iTunes Store for download.

    I have a laptop that has (or had) pretty much all of my music, both burned from CDs and downloaded from iTunes. My 17 year old son on occasion syncs his iPhone and iPad with this laptop. As of the last sync (as best I can determine), many songs that I purchased in the past few years are now missing, in that they have an exclamation point to the left of the song title, and when I try to play the song, I get an error message that says "The song could not be used because the original file could not be found" or something to that effect. As it turns out, the file seems to be erased. This has happened multiple times, and I could be wrong, but I believe that there are some songs that had the exclmation point last time he synced that now don't, and vice-versa. There is not an obvious correlation or grouping as to why these songs are missing (e.g,. they were not all purchased on the same date, not all songs from one artist are missing, etc.).
    Since most of these songs have been purchased through iTunes through my account, my reaction was to go to the iTunes store, log in with my account, and re-download them. Problem is, all of these songs instead ask me to purchase the song, instead of displaying a "cloud" logo. Therefore, it appears that I have to re-purchase these songs, which does not sound correct.
    Questions: Does anyone know, most importantly (to get an immediate fix):
    1. How can I re-download these songs and why doesn't iTunes Store recognize that I have already purchased them?
    and perhaps as important (more of a long-term question):
    2. Why does this happen and how can I prevent this from happening again (since it has happened multiple times)?

    1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
    2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

My phone is not syncing properly, I wanted to add another playlist to it that I created on my Mac. I pluged in my phone and made sure the playlist I wanted to add was checked to be on my phone when I synced.
    The playlist I wanted to add was "Country." It is clearly checked. I also wanted to add the "Recently Added" playlist, which I also checked before sycing. Currently, my phone only has the "Purchased" playlist and my "All Songs" playlist on it. When I hit sync, iTunes added another playlist automatically added another playlist to the list above and checked it. It was titled "ALL SONGS 1" and had ten fewer songs in it than the playlist I had created, "ALL SONGS" had. This playlist, however does not show up on my phone after syncing, nor does "Country" or "Recently Added." (Every time I sync, another playlist is created as "ALL SONGS 2, 3, 4, etc.") One of the songs (I have not, yet checked the other songs) that I purchased from within iTunes Radio shows up in the "ALL SONGS 1" on this screen:
    But does not show up anywhere else. This playlist does not show up anywhere but the two screens above. The ALL SONGS 1 or 2 playlists do not show up here:

  • HT1689 I can reach the iTunes Store from my iPod Touch, but it will not open on my PC running Windows 7.  Message shows that iTunes has stopped working.  This happens every time.  I have updated iTunes Software.  Will not solve the problem.  What is wrong

    I have uninstalled iTunes several times and reinstalled it on my PC running Window 7 with all updated loaded.  When I click on the iTunes Store Box, Nothing happens except for a message that reads:
              iTunes has stopped working.
    The following items give me a choice, but no answer comes up.  The computer will shut down the website.
              "Check online for a solution and close the program"
              "Close the program."
    There is an item below the box that is selectable for View problem details.  When clicked a long list of items show up.  I have listed some of the problems as written, but I do not understand them.  I know the iTunes Store has been available on earlier versions of of iTunes but is not on this version.  How can we go back and download an earlier version of iTunes?
         Here are some of the Problem Details:
         "Problem signature:  APPCRASH
         Application Name:     iTunes.exe
         Application Version:  11.0.1.12
         Application Timestamp:  50c8fc7e"

    I had this exact same problem.  I found this fix and it worked for me. 
    Step 1:
    Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and copy the filen named QTMovieWin.dll. 
    Step 2:
    Browse and past that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes.
    Hope this helps you.  I wish I could remember where I saw this originally so I could thank them.
