Hi admin i need help
today i downloaded itune, After istalling i am getting an error saying "The procedure entry point QTCF_CFHTTPMessageSetHeaderFieldValue could not be located in dynamic link library QTFC.dll". I installed quick time and then installed it but it din't work.. so pls help :-(:-(

Finally i got the solution.
if you are having the same problem then just search for QTCF.dll file .you will get it in quicktime folder in c drive, just copy it and paste at C:\Windows\System32......

IPhone 5s and iTunes Help Needed - NEW PC

Hi, I got the iPhone 5s back in October (1st ever Apple product) and transfered my music and photos onto it via iTunes.
What I need help with is as my laptop is in for repair (complete system restore) can I download iTunes on mums laptop and put a few songs and pics on my iPhone WITHOUT clearing the curent files and leaving me without nothing on it.

This assumes that everything needed for an iTunes library is on the external hard drive which includes the data base files that contain the info you are concerned about (playlists, counts, ratings, etc.).

ITUNES help needed....please

Have had iTunes for about 2 years now and haven't had too many problems. Then this month, my entire iTunes library and playlists vanished. Everything. I tried to reinstall it and now it's reading "! Invalid Drive: G:\". I don't have a G drive and I can't access anything that has to do with iTunes.
In addition, it was recommended that I uninstall it and then reinstall it. But when I attempt to uninstall it it states the same "! Invalid Drive: G:\". I haven't done anything different to my computer or added/removed any programs that would make me think it would affect iTunes. PLEASE HELP.

You don't need to deauthorize your phone. When you plug it into iTunes on your new computer you should see this warning:
Before you erase and sync, make sure that you have at least one contact and calendar entry in your computer, then when you sync for the first time you should get an option to merge that data.

Itunes help needed - Red caution word/box - screenshot included (why is it there and how do I fix it?)

So I bought a TV series from iTunes (no gift card, just debit card) and all the episodes for series 1 were fine (series 2 below only) but there is these 'caution' warnings on all but two episodes of the series - as you can see below.
Question: Why are they there? How can I fix it? Why aren't they all like that? I haven't moved them from their original file location - I've only copied and pasted them to my videos folder and I've done the same with the series 1 episodes, so that really can't be the problem. It doesn't tell you anything out of the ordinary when you click on 'Get Info' - so it wasn't much help at all.
(Also, don't worry about that 'Terminal' episode - it was only downloading from the Cloud - the 'caution' warning was there even before I downloaded it...hmm.)
I haven't tried putting the episodes on my iPod nano yet, but they still seem to play fine through iTunes - the iTunes player is slow anyway, but yeah. It stills plays.

Help would be greatly appreciated! I'm running backups of iTunes, so I really need to know that there won't be any problems later on that can otherwise be fixed just now!

McAfee AntiVirus by any chance? See the thread Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml?
Or it could be an issue with the SC Info folder. See TS1277 - iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization for details.
Or a repair install of iTunes from the Programs and Features control panel might fix the problem.

IPod Touch NOT recognized in iTunes : HELP NEEDED

My Ipod Touch is NOT being recognized by itunes.
-Ipod Touch 3g with 4.3 software
-iTunes 10.2
-PC: HP Pavilion Dv6.
-OS: Windows 7 64-bit [Eng]
Ok so... I previously kept my ipod touch version as 3.1.3, and only used itunes 9.2 because I tried using itunes 10.1 and my ipod wouldn't work with it, so I downgraded back to itunes 9.2.
With this, everything was working perfectly fine.
I recently bought an app from the app store (Infinity Blade) and tried to sync and install it onto my ipod touch 3g.
itunes had a popup reading that it couldn't be installed as my software had to be 4.1 or higher.
So, I decided to update my ipod.
Like I said above, I tried using itunes 10.1 with my ipod but it wouldn't recognize it then either, so I went back to using itunes 9.2.
Because of this, I had to manually install the 4.3 software onto my ipod.
Tried using my newly updated ipod (4.3) on my itunes 9.2, and it said it didn't work, that I needed the new itunes.
So, I installed iTunes 10.2, plugged in my ipod touch 3g with 4.3 software,
my computer said it downloaded the Apple Device drivers successfully. My ipod shows that it is being charged, but it is still not being recognized in itunes.

Nothing huh? No one's had this problem or this isn't fixable... oh well... if anybody comes up with anything I'll check in occasionally...

Delete events in iTunes - help needed please

Hi.
I have an iPhone and an iMac .
I'm synchronies my iPhone with my iMac's Itunes and iPhoto .
it seems that I have some events in my IMac's iTunes that doesn't appear in my iMac's iPhoto events - these are NOT marked in the pic att .
How can I delete these duplicate pictures and events that appear in the (unwanted) unmarked events in the right picture side ?

ITunes help needed. I downloaded an album and some singles. Many of the songs cut off. How can I re-download the damaged tunes?

I downloaded an album and some singles, then burned them to disc. Many songs blanked out while playing. Thought it was a bad disk, but it turns out that they didn't download properly from the iTunes store. How do I re-download previously purchased items? I've tried following the general help tips but they haven't worked.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

I redeemed a $50 itunes a month or more ago and i cant seem to find out my balance number because i brought two songs. But i was cleaning my room out and i threw away my ituens gift cards because i had all ready redeemed them. HELP ME PLEASE

My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Store and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). If your balance is zero then it might not show.

ITunes help needed for burning a CD

I can upload from a CD into ITunes and I can burn a CD using Roxio but when I try to burn a CD from iTunes, I receive an error message that my disk drive is not recognized. The nomenclature for the disk drive is: TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H652M ATA Device. The PC driver software for the CD drive is up-to-date. I was able to previously burn CDs on this same equipment albeit an earlier version of iTunes. Age of the PC is 5 years

Could you post your diagnostics for us please?
In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

When you get through to the final screen:

My Ipod Nano first Generation wont trun on or pop up in itunes(Help Needed)

I Plugged it into the wall charger one day and the charger kinda sparked and i could smell burnt plastic and ever since then my ipod wouldnt turn on, show up on itunes, and my windows reads it as an unknown device, i've already have done everything it says to do in support but it still wont work, i dont know wat to do, can anybody help, or has anybody experienced this problem.......PLEASE HELP

Cannot update iTunes, help needed!

I tried to update my iTunes recently, but the update failed because of the Bonjour file. Every time it tried to install a message popped up saying "The feature you are trying to install is on a network resource that is unavailable". Below this it asked me to select an alternate path the file Bonjour.msi. When I specified the folder it still came up with the same message.
I tried to uninstall iTunes (via the Control Panel) but that didn't work either, it said the program didn't exist, even though I use it every day!
Can someone help me out.

Unfortunately, these sorts of msi-related troubles have gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any BonJour entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try reinstalling iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

Ipod touch itunes help needed.

I purchased an album of ITunes the other day on my ipod touch and downloaded it. After a couple of hours of listening to it I got a notification for the latest update. After install my latest purchase disappeared from my music. I tried going to the iTunes app and redownloading it but when I clicked on the cload symbol it just said already downloaded. No problem I thought so I loaded iTunes on my Mac and tried to transfer it that way. I get the copying to my ipod come up for the correct amount of songs but it still doesn't show at all on my ipod. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Btw I can still play the album in iTunes on my mac fine.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

ITunes help needed, issue while restoring iOS device

Hello everyone
Today i decided to restore my iPod touch 5th generation, which was in DFU. While i was downloading the iPod firmware (1.3GB) suddenly the wifi stopped and itunes said that there was an error and so restarted the download from the beginning.
The problem is that i cannot find out where the file wich I was downloading at the beginning is, considering that i was almost at the end of the download and Idon't want to have more that 1GB corrupted fiel on my hard disk.
Can anyone tell me how to find out where it is and delete it?

How do I get The Beach Boys to sit in with bands beginning with B instead of T?! Not sure why it's changed. Even before this when it sat with B bands, when I clicked on artist it always had a small t at the start of the instead of a capital!! But yet when you clicked on songs the artist bit had a capital T?! I've went in & checked the get info & everything seems to be spet with a capital T. Puzzled!!!!
