ITune movie and its iTune extras are downloaded into different folders. Please help

I bought the movie "Rise of the planet of the apes". So I click on the movie extra and none of the extra features are working. It seems the "movie files" and the "extra files" are in different folders. I try putting them in the same folder but still this doesn't fix anything. Please help. The "extra files" are in a different folder and I have to open up each "extra feature" manually in order to view them. This is very inconvenient. This is not what I wanted to pay for. Please help. This seems to happen everything I buy a movie. The same thing is happening to the "batman" movie I bought last month. This never happened when Steve Jobs was on the job. Apple seem to be falling apart. I have been in touch with "customer support" for over 2 months now and still they have no clue on how to help me. This is the reason I am asking for help here today. ITunes songs are in 2 different folders...trying to consolidate but "consolidate" button is not working?

I have iTunes running normally and great on my Imac, all playlists work and various ipods synching properly. I am planning to copy my entire Itunes folder to an external drive so I can recreate my itunes on another computer (I have done this before).
In surveying my folders before the move, I checked the size of my iTunes Media Folder (where all of the songs should be) and it was only 24GB. Strangely, I found that the remainder of my songs (190GB) are in a folder called "Library" which at the same level as the iTunes Media Folder within the iTunes Folder. This could possibly be from me having had my original itunes library on an external driver years ago but no matter the reason, I would like to clean up the file structure and get the songs back to the iTunes Media Folder where they should be.
In preferences I have both boxes checked for organizing the library. I then clicked Consolidate. They computer seemed to go through every song but after an hour everything remained the same.
Does anyone know the best way for me to actually move those songs from the "library" folder back to the iTunes media folder without screwing up my playlists?
Incidentally, it's the version of iTunes that would have been most current during summer of 2012.

Consolidate copies files that are outside of the designated media folder inside it, connects iTunes to the new copies and leaves the originals behind. Occasionally file permission problems may prevent iTunes from creating intermediate folders for the path it wants to use and files can end up somewhere else the user can access, e.g. Library or Desktop folders. (N.b. my experience is mainly with Windows)
Have you checked some typical entries in iTunes via Get Info > Summary tab to see where the file in question is actually stored. Perhaps iTunes is no longer connected to these particular files which is why nothing changed.

Emails are downloaded into wrong folders

I view my folder pane unified, and have 10 accounts. As far as I've seen so far,
- some incoming emails go into correct inbox, while others go into Drafts.
- some trash is in Trash, but in Drafts as well.
- emails backed up as I compose them normally go into Trash, but are now going into Drafts instead.
Where emails wrongly go into Drafts, they only go into 'collective' Drafts (not the relevant account folder under Drafts).
I don't know what I've changed in my settings that I shouldn't have done.
I'd be grateful for any help. Thank you!

Help menu > troubleshooting information
Click the show folder button for the profile folder.
Close Thunderbird
Open the mail folder in Windows Explorer and then the smart mailboxes folder and delete it's contents
Restart Thunderbird and expect some delay as the deleted files are refreshed.

I was just wondering if apple sells refurbished macbook pro as new????? this is the second time a return my macbook pro because the first time it had a defect on the screen.

I would take it straight back to the store and explain what happened. They should replace it with a new model. While you're still in the store, open it up in front of them and make sure it prompts you to set the computer up from scratch (e.g., create user, etc).

File Server Migration - For ORG A Forest to ORG B Forest ( Need to create and Map Security Group automatically on new Migrated Folders - Please Help

I have two forest With Trust works Fine .
I have file server in ORG – A ( Forest ) with 2003 R2 Standard
I have a File server in ORG - B ( Forest ) With Windows server 2012 ( New Server for Migration )
I have 1000 + folders with each different permission sets on ORG-A. We are using Security groups for providing permission on the share Folders on ORG A
I need to Migrate all the folders from ORG – A to ORG – B.
I am looking for an automated method of creating Security Groups on AD during the Migration, Once the Migration is Done, I can add the required users to the security groups manually.
Example.
Folder 1 on ORG – A has Security Group Called SEC-FOLDER1-ORGA
I need an automated method of Copying the files to ORG – B and Creating a new security Groups on ORG –B Forest with the same permission on parent and child Folders. I shall Add the users manually to the Group.
Output Looks Like
Folder 1 on ORG – B has Permission called SEC-FOLDER1-ORGB ( New Security Group )
Also I need a summarized report of security Group Mapping, Example – Which security Group on ORGA is mapped with Security Group Of ORGB

Hi,
I think you can try ADMT to migrate your user group to target domain/forest first. Once user groups are migrated, you can use Robocopy to copy files with permission - that permission will continue be recognized in new domain as you migrated already.

From the information through the "Help" menu, it seems you can only "join cd tracks" when you are in the process of downloading them from a CD onto your iTunes playlist?

Since all of your music came from your computer in the first place, then it should still be there and should be included in your backup copy of your computer.

This is not true. You have misunderstood.
You can sync as many ipods/iphones/ipads as you like to one one library.

If you can't enter the passcode then you have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod via iTunes. For ecovery mode see:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
Note that this requires using the sleep/wake button. If you are not successful then there is nothing else that I know you can do.

Thanks, this is not an ideal answer but probably the most sensible one in my case.
I will try it unless someone has a better suggestion, but I'll wait a bit as it will take me a few days anyway (I had actually tried to create a new smaller playlist or download by album, but at this stage the music app is not letting me queue a list of songs for download - I think I will have to disable and re-enable iTunes match which will probably delete all the songs).
I have to say I am not very impressed with Apple here - having an online backup of all your data and beeing able to restore it to a new device easily was a strong selling point of iCloud. For music, they are Definitly not delivering at the stage.

My first thoughts are
• iMovie ill behaving - Trash the iMovie pref file - use to set things right
• in reg. to Photos - Did You change iPhoto Photo Library - Then iMovie get's lost as it peeks into iPhoto on start up to see where photos are stored. Set iPhoto back to first Photo Library (when iMovie is not running) then start iMovie.
