ITunes 10.4.1.10 Crashing When Adding New Files

Hello everyone, I need some help desperately here. Whenever I try to access anything involving Windows Explorer (i.e. Adding Files, Adding a Folder, Adding Pictures to an iOs Device, iTunes Crashes. Here's the log;

It just started doing this today, I don't know what's wrong with it; it only happens when an iDevice is plugged in. As soon as it's plugged in and you're in Windows Explorer through iTunes, it crashes. Help!

Reinstall Windows 7 with retail system builder.

Those have resolved issues with getting Apple iTunes to install and work, and a better OS experience in the end. Pre-installed OS should be immediately removed.
