ITunes 10.5.2 does not allow to sync iPhone

Hello! I just installed the latest iTunes update 10.5.2 and now I cannot sync my iPhone. The error message is that the synchronisation process can't be started, but that's all, so I would appreciate if anyone knows how to get it working anyway. Thanks!

so i figured out my problem, i hope this helps. go to start, control panel, administrative tools, open services, select apple mobile device (mine had been stopped with the update) click start. if already on start click stop then start again.
