Itunes 10 and Microsoft 2007

Since installing new version of ITunes my Outlook 2007 wont close properly and becomes inaccessible once I close it. HOW DO I GET HELP AND AN ANSWER TO THIS PROBLEM!!

First, I was never told I couldn't upgrade. I don't have the new phone. The fact that I have a mac with OS and I can't get 10.5.8 is absurd. Secondly, I could use a pc that is older than my mac and still get itunes ten. Thirdly the fact that you are so rude and the person at the store told me it's not worth upgrading because it would be too slow, has made me reconsider purchasing a mac again for personal use and for recommending purchasing mac computers for my business as I have done in the past. And, my question asked if anyone else has this problem. I looked on other sites after I wrote that earlier. And, there are many people who have a mac that is still working well and can not get 10.5.8 and therefore can't access itunes from their mac. I assume there are not more complaints or questions about this topic on this site because Apple doesn't want to address the issue.

Help! Issue with Adobe 8 and Microsoft 2007

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently installed Adobe 8 on a laptop running Microsoft 2007. When an email arrives with a word attachment, I double click on the attachment, click open, the word program opens rigth up but the document never appears. There is no error message, just no document. Previewing the document also works.
Excel attachments work fine. This issue just started happening after Adobe was installed this afternoon. Before that, we had no issues.
Does anyone have any ideas???
Any help/suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

External KM Repository and Microsoft 2007 extensions compatibility issues

We are currently having issues when trying to open Microsoft Office 2007 documents through an external KM repository (connected to a Windows share drive). The new extensions are not recognized, and so the user is only allowed to save the document. We did have this problem in our internal repository, but we found some notes to fix that issue (changed some settings on KM iView ). We assumed it would also fix our external repository issue as well, but it did not. Does anybody know how to fix this for an external repository?
We are on EP portal version 6.0, on NetWeaver 7.0, SPS 17.

ok. So in general it must be the same.
I will explain the exact way how it "should" work.
At the moment you upload a file. The portal have a look at the file extention and depending on this file extention and the KM MIME Types Settings the portal writes the assoziated mime type in the document property MIME Type.
Now we download the file. Now the MIME Type will be send with the file to the OS. Windows has a look in the registry and open the application assoziate with this mine type. And have a look if an confirmation box should appear or not.
This works for all repositories external and internal.
But now the question is: Do your external repository has the attribute MIME Type for a document and is in this attribute the same value like in your internal repository?
I am anxious to hear what is the special of your external repository.

Answers to Problems With Icloud and Office 2007 Outlook?

My computer has a Windows 7, 64 bit operating system and Microsoft 2007 Office, which includes Outlook 2007 where I do most of my mail and keep my daily calendar and all my contacts. I wanted to sync my iphone 5 calendar with Microsoft's Office 2007 Outlook Calendar. I followed the instructions but it has never worked and Icloud put my original Outlook Calendar and Contacts in the deleted folder for Outlook and substituted folders called Contacts1 and Calendar1. Unfortunately, the sync with my iphone does not work properly. It did the very first time after installing icloud and itunes but thereafter all it does is upload stuff to icloud and additions made in my Office 2007 Outlook calendar since the first sync do not get transferred to my iphone calendar. After numerous attempts to make this work I decided to just forget about trying to sync with icloud so I deleted it from my system along with itunes and now i am left with the icloud calendar1 and contacts1 in Outlook 2007. I am unable to transfer my icloud calendar entries back to the original Outlook 2007 calendar the same for contacts. Can anyone tell me how to do this so I can delete the icloud folders contacts1 and calendar1 from Outlook 2007? Thanks.

Try to export them as .pst files from within Outlook (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/export-contacts-HA102919759.aspx). Then disable iCloud syncing and import the .pst backups back to Outlook.

After I synchronized my iPhone4S (iOS6.1) with iTune Version 11.3.1.2 to my PC (Chinese Win 7 and Outlook 2007), then most 95% of Contact's phone number be also disappeared in my iPhone & Outlook.
Additional Info: While it was synchronizing the iPhone in between, iTunes did ever showed the option dialog such as "Cancel" and "Combined Information (M)" and "Cancel Information (R)". I clicked the button of "Combined Information (R)" then.
As a resul, it is being only showed the each Profile's Contact's name without the phone number in both of iPhone4S and Outlook2007, affected over 95% contact profiles' in my iPhone and Microsoft Outlook. It affected as I lost most of all contact persons' phone number. Seriously, it affect my life and mental. Please advise for help to fix and advise urgently. Million Thanks!!!

I would start with looking to when you had a back up before the issue with your contacts. If you do, then I would recommend to restore your iPhone and put that back up back on to get your contacts back. Check out the article below for the steps on how to do that.

The App description did not say anything that it would not do what I was trying to do. I wrote sup[port and asked if they could issue a credit. Mari at support wrote back and said he checked with his supervisor and they could not issue a credit. I told them what a good loyal customer I have been to Itunes and Apple and they still refused. Granted the App did not cost a lot of money (3.99) but it’s the principle. With customers having options to shop anywhere I would think a business would do whatever it takes to retain the loyal customers they do have Occasionally I rush to buy an App without fully understanding if it meets my needs. According to ITunes support that has occurred nine times. Here is the last reply that I received Roger, I know how frustrating it can be when things don't work the way they should be and I do apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. I am sorry but we could not be able to grant your request as we have made 9 exceptions on you. You've already had 9 refunds? You understand that apps are sold on a non-return policy, presumably. You bought an app that didn't claim to do something that you wanted from it, and now that you've found that it doesn't, you want your money back.
Perhaps you've failed to explain your point properly but I can't see why you expect any sympathy from users here, not that it would make any difference. Only the store staff can issue refunds if they think appropriate. Chalk it up to experience. You could even contact the developer in advance of a purchase if you want to be certain an app does what you want. Then if it really fails to live up to the promise you would at least have a better argument for a refund.

I just installed a new 250 GB SATA hard drive on to my 2007 macbook computer as the old one failed. I had backed up my old hard drive on to a 250 GB external hard drive using time machine via a USB cord. I am having trouble locating my music and photo files to transfer them into itunes and iphoto on my new hard drive. I have signed in to my itunes account, where it shows my app and book purchases, but not my music purchases. I have over 1,000 songs purchased. Any help would be appreciated- Thanks!

Since you have a current Time Machine backup of your computer you should be able to use the Migration Assistant to recover your music and photos.

5 days ago I purchased a Toshiba Satelilte 300 laptop, and have a 60 day trial for Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 but am experiencing problems with installing it. I have obtained a Trial Activation Key and entered it when prompted; when the conversion process is complete I close all open Microsoft windows, as instructed, but when I re-open them I get a message telling me that the trial has expired!!
