Itunes 10 Can't see my Ipad

Upgraded today to Itunes 10, and now my ipad doesn't show up in Itunes.
It seems every upgrade causes problems these days. This is not acceptable.
I don't have time to reinstall every piece of apple software and reinstall it. I'll just sell the ipad and get a Linux tablet when it comes out.
Apple is becoming the new Windows.
Any solution?

You may have a valid problem and in all fairness no one should have such issues when upgrading software or hardware. however the fact of the matter is no hardware or software is perfect and it cannot be tested for every single users situation so some people unfortunately are bound to have issues.
Having said that just blatantly blaming the hardware/software and/or the company isn't going to get you anywhere. Not to mention just because you're having an issue with your iPad doesn't automatically make Apple and it's products as bad as Windows based products.
I've been using Apple based products ( desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, mice, keyboards etc. ) for over five years now and the number of issues I've had are a minute fractions of all the problems and headaches I had using Windows based products.
People here are more then willing to help but it doesn't do any good for your cause if you just go on bashing the products and the company who makes them without giving them a fair chance and letting other people help you resolve the issues.

How can I see my ipad on itunes after cut the restore?

I was restoring my ipad then I accidently closed the itunes by Task Manager and now I can't see my ipad in itunes or any similar program but when I plug my ipad to the PC I can hear the alert means it's plugged , and I can see it in Device Manager , and I can't put it in DFU mode or anything else because I have no screen or home&power button.

Yes. Reinstall iTunes. If that is the point at which you stopped trying the support suggestions then it makes sense to me, that you move on to the next suggestion and if reinstalling iTunes is the next suggestion, so be it.
However .... I too have issues that arise out of the blue with my iPad being recognized in iTunes and what I always do and it eventually works is to quit iTunes, restart my MacBook, and reboot my iPad.
Rebooting the iPad is the last thing that I do and only if I have no success with quitting iTunes and restarting the Mac. It may take a few tries to work, but if you are that dead set against reinstalling iTunes, then give it a try.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Hi I had a simular problem with my iPhone 4 and iPad 3 and found that the USB connection on the computer was at fault so I moved the connection to a USB port on the Mother board.This curred my problem,see if ti works for you.

Try this
Go into the control panel. Add/remove programs. Uninstall iTunes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then go out and redownload and reinstall iTunes and try again.
There seems to be a glitch with a recent update and one way to overcome it is to just start over. If that doesn't work there are more in depth things you can do.

On your iPhone, try toggling Find My iPhone off, then back on after a few seconds.

Also when I am trying to connect ipad to my windows PC, it shows, your software is up to date and later starts restoring while updating again. Then automatically it stops to update halfway and I have to repeat the process again and again, still in vain.
