ITunes 10 - Crashes when importing CD or from RIP'd file/folder

Question

Windows Vista.
There is no error, iTunes stops working and Microsoft Windows Message pops-up
ITunes has stopped working
A problems caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Click on the Close program button and iTunes closes.
