ITunes  11.0.0.163  Help

I have the installed the latest version of iTunes (11.0.0.163) and what were they thinking??!!
I cannot see the bottom of the page if it does exist which shows the amount of music and size of complete library.  Also, the scrool bar on the right appears and sometimes is not there at all!  I also would like to check for duplicates in my music library but do not see that option any more.  Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a fix for this that I do not know about/

You'll need to update to version 10.0.1.12 to get that back. From the release notes for that version:

    Unfortunately iTunes refuses to pick-up my iTunes library from the external hard disk drive where I keep it (to protetct her from computer crashes or theft).

    Yes I thought if I backed it up to this huge drive I would be safe but have lost all of my TV shows I bought, several movies I bought and some music.
    I had crashed my laptop in 2009 and they helped me recover it all and they used file extensions for the ones not located back then.
    It looks like the system better organized now but everytime I try to bring it old stuff it duplicating music not the TV or movies I bought.

    When I synchronize my iPhone4S with iTunes 11.0.0.163, I get stuck at this screen:
    When pressing the "X" button to cancel, sometimes it does not cancel, but stays in this position. I then have to close the application using the "Ctrl-Shift-Esc" menu. Any suggestions?

    Im having the same problem after installing ios7.1
    Checked the usb status and it sees an iphone ( 4s ) attached,
    Repaired disc permissions
    updated and reset iphone
    and itunes
    reinstalled mavericks from scratch
    phone alert saying " TRUST THIS COMPUTER?"
    hit trust
    same alert keeps appearing
    again and again
    itunes keeps wittling on about "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. You do not have permission."
    what the actual F*** is going on and can anybody help ??????

  • Editing Tracks Info on iTunes 11.0.0.163

    I am using Itunes 11.0.0.163 and I bought an album from the iTunes store. The tracks are not in the correct order and it is one of those albums that sounds better if in the correcr order. When I right click on a song, get info and then info, it is all grey and I cannot type in anything. Can someone help me fix this problem?

  • Problems With iTunes 11.0.0.163

    I updated to iTunes 11.0.0.163 and it is not as user friendly as the prior version. when i add music, it will show up in my recently added playlist but does not show under the song or album tabs. is there someting i am doing wrong or is this a bug that needs to be fixed. either way it is very frustrating and i would like to revert to the older version. ugh

    I too have the beach ball on 11.0.1.... Usually about 2 seconds after itunes match gets done syncing.
    This is rediculous.
    I can get it to work only after I disconnect from the internet, so i assume that it has to do with itunes music match or something like that?

    Are you sure you have a 4g/3g iPod?   If you don't have a camera, it's definitely not 4G.  If it has no camera and is 8 or 16 Gb it is a 2G and can't go beyond 4.2.1.

    No, it does not.  It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer.  The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

    I tried to update to IOS7 thats all I tried and its all gone wrong
    It says it cant do it and it now says I ahve to reset to factory settings and that makes me want to cry
    I have my extensive diary in there and my photos... argh can anybody help me please
    It did back me up to the cloud before doing anything but its not giving me the option to go back to that
    and I dont really know how to use itunes!!!

  • How do I add a new playlist from itunes 11.0.0.163 to my iphone 4s?

    I created a playlist on itunes 11.0.0.163. It is visible on the computer as a playlist in the itunes music play lists. I do now know how to add the newly created playlist to my iphone 4s.

    1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
    2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
    3) sync the device
    iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.
    above works for purchases from the iTunes store. for everything else, check out this post by Zevoneer.

    Please make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service. By now it probably cannot be fixed, but you never know.
