ITunes 11.0.2.26 dosen't see my iPhone 4s! The problem when installing AppleMobileDeviceSupport !

I have downloaded the last version of iTunes, I tried to install and  installetion wasn't completed. Then I installed all items separately accept  AppleMobileDeviceSupport. When I open my iTunes its working but when I connect my iPhone its doesn't see it !

I uninstalled then reinstalled.
Even used "everything search" -a free tiny program- to positively ID all ".itl" files from my PC
and subsequently deleted.
New install shows same bogus songs anyway.
I've spent too much time with Apple.
Farewell forever.
