ITunes 11.04 has no advanced tab

Am I missing something or is there no advanced tab in iTunes 11.04? If not, how can I convert video for iPad (WITHIN iTunes)?

Nevermind... I found it. There is no advanced tab but conversions can now be found under File > Create New Versions.

After I upgraded tothe IOS 6 operating system on my iphone 3GS I lost several of my apps. They don't show up anymore. I tried to reinstall them again using itunes, but they just show an "open" tab instead of an "install" tab. When I click open, it brings up the app. I can't figure out how to install the app on my phone again. Help....When I look at my phone the apps are there under settings but not on the phone as an app.

Look at the various screens on your iPhone, the app is there somewhere. Don't forget to also look in folders.

My itunes no longer has the 'internet' tab for free streaming radio. Any ideas how to get it back?

I recently downloaded the itunes program to a new computer with Windows 7 and I notice that the 'internet' tab feature is missing from the icons. The internet feature allowed you to browse all the different types of music, talk radio, etc. online and free stream. I still have it available on my old Windows XP professional computer, however.
Anyone know how to get that feature on the Windows 7?

UK iTunes store only has Apps and Books on the purchased tab...

UK iTunes store only has Apps and Books on the purchased tab. I've purchased alot of music recently on my iPhone and iPod and when trying to sync I got an error of -1009 so I decided to download from iCloud but it only has Apps and Books no music. Does anyone know what I can do?

My iTunes has no "advance" key.

I downloaded iTunes but there is no advance key on tool bar.

Depending on the browser the file may have simply been placed in your downloads folder. You'll need to open the folder and double-click the downloaded file to proceed.
If iTunes is installed, but you're missing a next/continue button in the inital setup screens then you may need to increase the screen resolution and/or switch to normal sized fonts.
Or have I misunderstood the problem?

Tabbing isn't working on my Firefox 3.6.10. I am pretty sure it has something to do with something that has been added, but I have no idea what. How do I find what has stopped my tabbing from working?

I have the "open new windows in new tab instead" marked in Firefox 3.6.10 and it used to work for me just fine, but now it has stopped working and I don't know if it has something to do with some extension or update that has been done or not.

Your above posted system details show multiple Java Console extensions.
You can uninstall (remove) the Java Console extensions and disable the Java Quick Starter extension as you do not need them to run Java applets.

Have you checked the account's purchase history to see if anything could have used up the balance : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
If there aren't any purchases then try logging out and back into the account (e.g. on your iPad tap on your id in Settings > Stores and then log back in) and see if a balance then shows on it. My account's balance shows at the top right of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, by clicking on my name towards the top right of the iTunes screen, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iPad devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

Why does iTunes crash every time the "books" tab is opened

Has anyone had the problem of iTunes crashing every time the "books" tab is selected? Every time I open that tab and begin to browse the contents iTunes give the message that "iTunes has stopped working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program an notify you if a solution is available." This has been happening ever since I upgraded from iTunes 9 to iTunes 10.

Is it possible to change the settings in AR Properties Advanced tab with Adobe Acrobat XI?

I noticed when I went to print a PDF double sided, that despite the following the guidelines from Adobe on this process, it still printed single sided. I checked the properties of the PDF itself and on the Advanced tab, the DuplexMode was set to Simplex and was greyed out.
Is it possible to change the settings in that tab with Adobe Acrobat XI?

I have two printers, both support automatic duplexing. Any PDF we receive
or create we are unable to print double sided on our mac mini¹s. I didn¹t
make it clear in my question that we were fine on Windows XP, but, having
recently changed to Mac have encountered this frustrating problem.
I did a lot of research prior to recording the question and it appears I am
not the only one who has come across this problem, and I have followed the
guidelines that Adobe promote on their website to be able to print double
sided, which doesn¹t work on the mac mini Osx Mavericks.
Because the Properties, Advanced tab has ³Print Dialog Presets² that are set
to simplex and greyed out I took that to mean that no matter what printer
settings I make, and I think I¹ve gone through all that I can, the pdf will
not print double sided on Mac but will on XP.
Sorry this isn¹t the reply you must have been hoping for and look forward to
receiving further advice in regard to this matter.

In the advanced tab of languages and Region the time and date formats will not change

For a certian Application I am using I need to change the format of the Time and Date. I had no problems in Mountain Lion. In the advanced tab of languages and Region the time and date formats will not change. I need the date format to read as 01/01/14 and time format to read 13:00. As I said this was easily done in Mountain Lion and all previous Apple OS. I suspect it's an issue with in the OS.

You're right, it has been that way for a long time. I've never bothered reporting it as a bug since it's simple enough to deal with, but reporting it would be a reasonable thing to do.

Like an idiot I changed the location of my iTunes Media File in the Advanced section of my Preferences - now half my songs won't play as they can't be found....I know they are there as I played these songs yesterday.....help !!!....

You can also reset the location fo the media folder in the advanced tab.

Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

Trying to import some audio books into iTunes. Cannot find the "advanced" command in order to join the tracks.

For some reason beyond me, Apple changed the location and operation of this function. With a CD inserted and two or more consecutive tracks selected (i.e., those you want to join together), the Options menu now has an extra entry - Join Tracks. You may also need to click on the track numbers column to make sure that the tracks are sorted by ascending track number before the option becomes available.

Yes, the file extension is M4R. Does it matter where I save these files on my Macbook? I then opened them in Itunes and played them. I did find the Tones folder in Itunes but the Tones or Ringtones tab does not show up when I select Iphone (within Itunes). When I open the Tones folder in the Library, it is empty. Thanks in advance for your help.
