Itunes 11.1.3 wont sync with my iPhone 5c or iPad mini

hi there i was attempting to sync my iPhone 5c earlier to transfer music over from itunes but when i connected it with the usb cable nothing happened so i manually opened itunes and realised that the tab for iphone did not appear and i was just wondering if its any problems with the current version as this occurs on my laptop and my desktop has a older version of itunes and i am able to sync music and other media any suggestions would be helpful please

A wet phone is out of warranty. This is considered user damage. Even if you were able to get it to start now, the chances of it working for long are slim. I suggest going to Apple and see about an OOW replacement. One for the iPhone 4 is only $149USD and it would come with a short warranty. It is a refurbished device and you would not be worried about encountering additional problems.

Have you downloaded the Album successfully into your iTunes library?
If so, there is no new magic trick and the Songs should sync - it is often worthwhile restarting computer and phone from power off state - signing out and back into iTunes Store - this tends to cure most small glitches.

Okay, but being "checked and highlighted" does not cause media to sync.
Do you manually manage the content on the device or use the sync feature as designed?
If manually managing the content, can you "drag and drop" the media onto the device?
If syncing, go to the Movies (or video) tab and select the video there, then sync.
Does it work now?

ITunes wont sync with my iPhone anymore

I'm not sure what happened, but iTunes won't sync with my iPhone 4 anymore at all. I changed my DNS server settings on my Mac and iPhone (because of stupid Comcast) and now I can't sync using wifi or usb. I reset all my settings to how it was before and it still doesn't work. I'm all out of ideas and its starting to pisss me off so any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

i found the one that worked best for me was step 5 because right after the most recent itunes update, my 5s only came up on my pc. the instructions for step 5 are a bit tedious but it works great. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538

My laptop needed wiping and rebuilding. I built it up and re downloaded itunes. However it will not sync with my iphone. I have re logged into my apple id on the itunes but still no sync is happening. I don't want to erase all of the songs on my iphone as I have a fair few albums. It is not devices, it is computers only. You can have up to 5 computers authorized with the same iTunes account.
The computer you are using is not activated with your iTunes account with iTunes? If not, is a computer available that is activated with your iTunes account? You can deactivate all computers from one computer that is activated following by activating the computer you are using now.

HT1386 I recently had to reset my computer to out-of-box status. I lost everything. when i re-installed itunes, it would no longer sync with my iphone. I contacted Apple for help but they want to charge me. I've tried everything can you help?

My Mac has stopped syncing with my iPhone and MacBook Pro. System preferences setting for iCloud has iCal selected in all devices. Interestingly, my iPad is showing all chat messages between me and other people when I am using my iPhone. This started about the time that iCal started misbehaving. May or may not be related.

ITunes 11.1.3 wont sync with iPad mini 7.0.4

Okay so I just recently tried to sync my iPad mini with my windows 7 laptop and it simply wont work. I have tried to uninstall the apple driver and reinstall it (didn't work). I reset all the settings on my iPad (didn't work). I tried to unselect "entire library" and then select specific playlists to sync (didn't work). My iTunes recognizes the iPad mini perfectly fine, even when I click on "on this ipad" the newer songs are displayed but when i check the actual iPad the new music is not on it. I would really prefer to avoid resetting the entire ipad because i do use it mainly for gaming and would hate to lose my save data. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks :-D

Itunes podcast problem when i sync. with my iphone 4

i downloads directly some podcasts on my iphone, so when i sync. with my itunes its deleting the new podcasts from my iphone ! ! ! i have to download it again.
even if i have choice ( dont sync. podcast, it will deleted it ?! if i choice sync. podcast so he will delete what i download on my iphone and but what i have in my library from itunes .......

You can try deleting the iPod Photo Cache folder on your computer and then try to sync again. Read about it here.

Cannot sync music to iPhone 5 and iPad Mini in iTunes 11

As you can see above, I'm having this annoying problem.
At first this issue was just with my iPad Mini, but now it's happening with my iPhone 5.
For some reason, it cannot sync all of my music. All it's doing is just getting stuck at the last step (either "waiting for changes to be applied" or "waiting for items to copy")
Could someone help me out here?

I'm having the same issue, already for about a month or so, (a bit after the release of iOS 7) on my iPhone 4S.
Always stuck on Waiting for Changes to be Applied.
I already tried:
- built a completely new iTunes Library (my previous one was completely manually managed, this one is automatic, a change I had planned to do since a while, but now thought would be good to implement because it may fix my issue... no it didn't).
- Removed all voice memos from my iPhone.
- Restored from a iCloud backup. Then syncing again.
- Updated to Mavericks with iTunes 11.1.2 and iOS 7.0.3.
- Changed the name of the MediaLibrary.sqlitedb file on the iPhone (trough Phoneview) to have iTunes make a new Library. Still it's stuck on the bigger playlists.
The only thing I didn't do yet, was setting it up as a completely new phone. I am not gonna loose 4 years of text messages because of a bug in the software.
It syncs some playlists, but most of my larger ones it doesn't. I paid 850 euros to have an 64GB iPhone 4S, and now I have to leave it with 3/4 empty space because of Apple. Very frustrating.

Why doesn't the album information for my music match my iTunes library when it is synced with my iPhone?

In my iTunes library, I have grouped together several different singles into an album together. Everything works just as expected within iTunes, the singles are grouped together as an album, are shown as an album when I search for the ablum, etc. However, when I sync my iPhone and the music is transfered, the album that I just made is not shown, instead, the individual songs are transfered to my phone with their original album information (e.g. "- Single") instead of the album name that I have them under in my iTunes library. To complicate the issue further, I have several albums like this and some are transfered to my iPhone just as they are shown in my library while the others are broken and shown under their original album information. Any suggestions? I'm running the latest versions of both iTunes and iOS.

Applications from my iTunes are NOT AUTHORIZED to sync with my iPhone

Hi all, I need help!
I had bought a new MacBook and while I downloaded some new applications in my new comp in the iTune store and try sync-ing them into my iPhone3G that had been previously sycn-ed with my ex-Mac computer, it pop-ed up a screen saying:
"Some of the applications in your iTunes library were not installed on the iPhone because you are NOT AUTHORIZED for them on this computer."
it happens on all 11 x applications I had downloaded. How come it says it is not Authorized??? And so, how can I make it work? Do I have to restore my phone with the new laptop to make them sync?
