ITunes 11 NEVER prompts for proxy authorisation

I upgraded to itunes 11 and now I can never reach the itunes store. previous it used to promt for proxy authoirsuation twice and now it does not prompt for anyting! it seems that iTunes 11 does not have any proxy support at all! Can someone else comment on if they have iTunes 11 working through a proxy and how this works. At present there appears to be no manner to use iTunes in a business enironment any longer.

Its so sad...even the icloud manager does not pop up the proxy request here....so even that will not function any longer. I hate to think that I have to take everything out of iTunes to roll backwards to an earlier version and then spend all that time re-importing everything and making it like it was prior to apple getting to it. Seems a android for myself and the rest of the establishment is going to be a faster resolution to this. Just blocked all enterprise access to apple to prevent anyone else down loading the virus until its sorted.

I was looking into reasons why iTunes would keep prompting you to authorize items and still not play them, and found a great little article. It is named iTunes repeatedly prompts to authorize computer to play iTunes Store purchases found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1389.
This is the overview of things to try but each one has its own set of instructions.
Authorize your purchases from an administrator account
Authorize using the correct account name
Turn Off User Account Controls (Windows Vista and Windows 7 Only)
Remove the SC Info folder

ITunes Store Never Works For Me!!!

I'll tried to go into the iTunes store for a few days now and it only shows an error 502. I get into the store but then when I try to click on something or search for something it starts to load, but takes a long time. After a few minutes it tells me there is an error 502! Please help I don't know what to do.

ITunes in Yosemite prompts for login up to 6 times before it opens.

Migrated to Yosemite last weekend and all seemed to go fine.
However, when I power up and want to open iTunes, it asks me to log-in to allow automatic downloads. I enter my details (yes, correctly...) and see a blue progress bar complete and then get asked again, and again...
This happens at least 4 times and it is not uncommon to happen up to 6 times.
Then... it opens! Given some problems about which I have read, here, my issue is small beans, but it is a bl**dy pain!
Any ideas?

I have stated what I was able to glean from the report. If you disagree so be it.
I will say that I heard the same comment numerous times in the past of years of usage without problems. Only to have them tell me later oh by the way I removed the code that you suggested I should remove and the performance increased.
As I said it is your Mac and you can do with it as you wish. I am just trying to help you solve your problem.

Auto Configure not prompting for credentials

Hi Folks,
I've a problem where users of Outlook on XenApp cannot configure an email profile. It just times out. I access the same XenApp server/user account from a Published Desktop or RDP the profile configures fine.
The Outlook Auto Configuration tool works identically in both scenarios except for the last step. On the Published Desktop I am prompted for domain credentials and then sent the Autodiscover XML file. However, over a XenApp session Auto Configuration never
prompts for login details, although the log say differently, and the attempt fails.
I turned on Outlook logging and captured Autodiscover logs for both scenarios (identifying information is changed to NWTraders)

Not Prompting for Parameters in .jsp page

We have defined an input parameter to our report and it will successfully prompt for the input parameter within the designer preview. However, once we build a .jsp page to contain the report and load it to our server, when we run it, it never prompts for any parameters. It does display the report in the .jsp, but it appears to be always running for the last parameters that we entered for the report in the designer.Any suggestions on correcting this?Is there any good documentation on parameter passing in .jsp pages?

Yes.
You can create a form in one jsp and have it's value sent in a parameter key to another jsp file identified as the action target.
Here is code for first jsp file (i.e. first.jsp). This will give you a text input box and a submit button labeled sendit.

No prompt for authentication when trying to connect to VPN

Using OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5, I created a new VPN Cisco IPsec connection with the native VPN client.
I can manage to connect, whereas colleagues of mine (same network, same configuration, same operating system) can.
The point is that I'm never prompted for the password to connect to the VPN: the prompt window simply doesn't show.

If I'm not wrong, the window requesting the password should open after the line I highlighted (that's the behaviour we noticed on my colleagues' macbooks), but it doesn't.

Did you find a solution to this? I have searched for several hours and found a few references to this behaviour (same people) but no resolution.
Same issue for me, I see the "enter your user authentication" dialogue box, but there are no text boxes to enter credentials, only OK or CANCEL.

I recently purchased several songs on iTunes a couple won't play and repeatedly prompt for authorisation which it accepts and then asks for again.
I've tried all listed fixes, including authorising from the administrator account and removing the SC info multiple times but the songs still wont play.

I did not leave anything out from the error message. It doesn't point to a specific file, it just ends with "(x86)..." Every time I boot up my computer, this error message pops up on my desktop.
How do I repair this issue? I have found multiple suggested solutions but am unsure which one is the best, and I don't want to try a bunch of different things for fear I may make the problem worse. I would like to try and fix this myself if possible but I need to know if that is really possible or if I need to take my computer to someone for repairs. That means you have an app or apps, on your phone, obtained with your old Apple ID. All apps are forever tied to the ID used to originally obtain them. They cannot be updated using any ID other than the ID used to obtain them.
