Itunes 7.0.2 + Illustrator / Dreamweaver

Question

I almost always listen to music when I work in Illustrator or Dreamweaver (not all at once) and with iTunes 6, i've never had any issues. Well after downloading iTunes 7, anytime I Save For Web in Illustrator or PUT a file in Dreamweaver, my music repeats a small section. It sounds like a broken record, until my Save for Web dialog pops up in Illustrator, or the file is finished uploading in Dreamweaver. I have not changed my way of doing things in any of these programs. The only change is the newer version of iTunes. I know there are a lot of posts about choppy playback. Is this the same thing? Is there something I can do to fix this?
