ITunes 7.0.2 process bar error
I just installed 7.0.2.16 and it appears to be running fine. It recognized my Gen5 without a problem.
I also updated the software on my Gen5 as well.
I started to update my album covers and started to have a problem. The player wouldn't work. I click on the play button and the song registers, but the process bar just reads 0:00 and doesn't move forward. I can drag it forward, but then it just stays there - locked up.
I pulled up MS's player and opened a file in it, and it seemed to work fine. Music played through it.
I shut down my computer and restarted after the instal, I've also shut down and restarted iTunes since then as well.
No dice.

OK, nevermind.
I rebooted and restarted iTunes again. And now it works.

Sync tests completed successfully.I have found a fix after doing additional research through this forum. Tech Note #328730 addresses this problem and it works for Photoshop Album 3.2 even though it was written for release 1.0.

When using this fix the Tech Note indicates:
"Imported image data and tags are lost when you re-create the My Catalog.psa file, so you need to reimport images and reapply any tags"

I am trying to download the latest 10.0 itunes, however I keep getting this error message. I have a new iphone 4s so when I plugged it into the laptop it said i need to uninstall and reinstall the latest itunes.
I contacted support which they advised me to uninstall the itunes on my dell laptop, which I have done however I keep getting the same error message. If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? Are they also 800736fd, or some other number? (If they're another number, what number are you getting?) -

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

iTunes auto-update dowloaded and installed on 28/01/2014. iTunes now won't launch and error message states file MSVCR80.dll is missing. Tried unistalling and downloading/installing again to no avail. Any clues?
