ITunes 7.0.2 sometimes plays the same song over again while shuffling

I recently upgraded to iTunes 7.0.2 and have started to notice an annoying problem: when I am listening to a playlist in shuffle mode, iTunes sometimes won't go to the next random song and will instead repeat the same song I just listened to. This seems to happen maybe once for every ten songs I listen to. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know a way to get around it?
I have the Playback -> Smart Shuffle preference set to random. I've not changed any settings since I upgraded, and this was never a problem before.
Also, the playlists I listen to are usually off of my iPod, if that helps.

ITunes plays the same song over and over again.

I have created several playlists on my Itunes for Windows. I want the songs to play at Random...but it plays the same song over and over again. If I hit the random button, it will play a different song, but it will then play that song over and over and over again. So, if I want to go to the next song, there is always a requirement that I manually set it to the next song.
It's odd because I have been using Itunes while listening to music on my computer and this never happened before.
Any thoughts?

I've been listening to the Chill Out Jazz station at work and love it, but it keeps playing the same songs over and over now...for weeks. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've found the same thing on the 80's channels...they just play the same 15 or 20 songs over and over.

There is a Repeat setting. It can be set to repeat ONE (repeat current song), ALL (repeat current list), or OFF (do not repeat). It is probably set for ONE.
On the nano's Now Playing screen, there is a symbol that looks the two arrows in a loop. You may need to swipe the screen to see it. Tap that button to change the Repeat setting.

Right click on a movie(in iTunes), and click "get info" then go to album artwork and add the artwork that you want...

Do this:
Play a song.
Tap the screen once so you see the scrubber.
To the left of the scrubber, there's a set of two arrows going in a circle - if it's blue, it's set to repeat.
Click on it once to make it white - no repeat.

My new iPhone 4GS won't switch songs when playing music. It just plays the same song over and over again. Is there a fix for this?

Genius Mixes: Mine keep playing the same songs over and over again!

Am I doing something wrong? I constantly update my Genius but each of my mixes continually play the same exact (like 20) songs over and over again! It's so annoying!
Also, is there anyway to change up the mixes? For instance, if I don't like the mix (aka I don't like the bands that the mix was based off of) can I change it and have iTunes base the mix on some other bands?
