ITunes 7.0.2 wont open - Quicktime 7.0d0?

I've just installed the newest version of itunes, but the software wont open, and gives the message; quicktime version 7.0d0 is installed, itunes requires quicktime 7.1.3 or later.

head into your Add/Remove programs. uninstall QuickTime.
