My music gets interrupted now for everything else the computer does (i.e. opening web pages), just like version 7 was doing. Why is Apple putting this crap out, which I MUST Have since the New Ipods REQUIRE Itunes 7. I never had problems before with my previous versions of Itunes. This really *****

You will, because the credited funds are on your iTunes account, not the application. When you reinstall iTunes just configure it with your old iTunes account and your credits will be there waiting for you.

I cannot get my new Ipad to be recognised in ITunes so I can Sync my library... I have re-loaded Itunes 64bit but it still comes up with an error saying that I need to load Itunes 64 bit before this Ipad will cbe recognised... any ideas?

I just found that I can't Sync my Iphone either and it gave the same error code.... it must be a ITunes problem.

Let's start with iTunes.
Have you updated iTunes to 11.1.5, because the previous version did appear to have an issue about seeing iPods?
With iTunes 11.1.5 installed, look in Edit/Preferences/Devices, (or use the ALT key, followed by the E key and then the F key) and make sure that the box named Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically does not have a tick in the box.
Once you have doen those two things, check to see if the iPod is seen by iTunes.

OS stands for Operating System. (In computer speak, IO means Input/Output.)
iOS originally stood for iPhone Operating System, but it now refers to the iPod Touch and iPhone. The iPod Classic, which you have listed in your profile as your iPod, does not use iOS.
I assume that you have been listening to the Podcast in your iTunes on the computer as you cannot transfer it to your iPod. It's what I'd do.

How to reset your Apple ID password.
Go to iforgot.apple.com and type in your Apple ID, then click 'Next'.
Verify your date of birth, then click 'Next'.
You'll be able to choose one of two methods to reset your password, either E-Mail Authentication or Answer Security Questions.

i tried to download a movie from itunes store just few minutes ago, it told me "This cannot be played in HD on this computer.
rather insane as I have recently purchased HD films with no issues or concerns at all. I have also updated to the most recent itunes software, yet it still gives me this same error message. and also all movies that i oiwn in HD do work without any problems. I read as much i could but its still giving me this message when i attempt to download. it only gives me the option to get the standard definition version of the film. which is not what I want. The Videos are showed up front 4 months, but now they are no longer to be seen. When you star a video first the hard drive starts, but then it stops and hangs up. I have to restart it, starting with the apple logo....

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

What you have on your computer is your iTunes library, not an iTunes "account." The account that is related to iTunes is your Apple ID, which you use to sign in to the iTunes Store and make purchases. It is also used with iCloud. iPods (that are not iPod touch) are associated with your iTunes library, not to your Apple ID.
So, I think you probably just need to set up (or update) automatic syncing for the iPod. If it's not set up to sync those new songs, iTunes still syncs the iPod, but it syncs nothing
In iTunes, if the sidebar (along left side of iTunes window) is hidden, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar. In the sidebar, the iPod appears under DEVICES, when it is connected.
Select the iPod in iTunes. There is a row of buttons, starting with Summary. Click on Music next to Summary. This is the iPod's Music screen, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box for Sync Music (if it's not already checked). If your iTunes music library fits completely on the iPod, you can choose to sync Entire music library. Otherwise, you can choose to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. On the lists below, checkmark the playlists, artists, albums, and/or genres that you want on the iPod. When you click Apply, the songs from your selection sync to the iPod.
One convenient way to set this up (if you can't sync the entire iTunes music library) is to create a new playlist in your iTunes library. Name it "iPod Songs" (or whatever you want). Put ALL songs that you want on the iPod on this playlist, including those new songs. Back on the iPod's Music screen in iTunes, select this playlist under Playlists. Going forward, to update songs on the iPod, just update that playlist in your iTunes library (add/remove songs). The next time you connect the iPod (or click the Sync button), iTunes automatically syncs the same changes to the iPod.

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
Have you failed to do this?
If so, not good, you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases

Has lock rotation been accidentally enabled within the control centre? If you swipe up the screen is there a circle with a lock symbol & if so is is greyed out or white - if white it is enabled.

It is simply asking you to verify your account info. Select None for the CC.
It will still pay with your gift card balance.
