ITunes 9.2 SyncServer crash

Question

After installing 9.2, I tried to sync my iPhone 3Gs and I got Windows messages that SynchServer and MobileHelper crash. It prevents me from backing up and upgrade to iOS 4.
Ideas?

An Apple Engineer sent me an email requesting some crash logs except the instructions he sent me didn't work.
I'll post the instructions below.
If anyone has any luck in creating the crash logs please say so in this thread and hopefully the engineer will get in touch with you.
1) *Run iTunes Diagnostics and provide me with the log file.*
2) *Crash Logs*
*Using Dr. Watson (Windows XP)*:
1. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson .
2. Remove all existing files from the folder.
3. From the Start menu choose Run.
4. Enter "drwtsn32 -i" (without the quotes) and click OK in the resulting dialog.
5. Click OK in the resulting message.
6. Reproduce the issue, such as by having the customer open iTunes and connect an iPhone.
7. Once again, navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson .
8. Capture the "user.dmp" file and send it in your RTA.
*Gathering crash files using the registry (Windows Vista and Windows 7):*
1. From the Start menu, in the "Search programs and files" field or from the Run command, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
2. If Windows needs your permission to continue, click Continue.
3. Click the arrow next to "HKEYCURRENTUSER" to expand the tree.
4. Click the arrow next to "Software" to expand the tree.
5. Click the arrow next to "Apple Computer, Inc." to expand the tree.
6. Right-click iTunes, click New and then click "DWORD (32-bit) Value."
7. A new entry should show up in the list to the right which needs to be given the name "GenerateCrashLogs" (without the quotes). Press return after naming it.
8. Right-click the "GenerateCrashLogs" entry you just created and choose Modify.
9. In the Value field, give it a value of 1 and click OK.
After performing the above steps, close RegEdit. Reproduce the issue. After doing so, you should see a folder called "iTunes Crash Logs" which appears on the Desktop. Please capture this entire folder and send it to you.
*If you to turn off this logging, you can go back to your registry and change the value of the GenerateCrashLogs entry to 0:*
