Itunes account authorisation of more than 5 computers

ive used all of my 5 authorisations but they are from my old computers so i cant deauthorisae them is there any way around this???? please help

Note that you can reset your authorization for an account by clicking "Deauthorize All" on the Edit Account Information screen for your account.
However you should know that you can only use this feature once a year. The button will not appear if you have less than 5 authorized computers or if you have used this option within the last 12 months.

If you do not have option to deauthorize all of the computers at your end you can write to iTunes Store support team and they will do it for you.

Exchange rate difference account is showing more than invoice or advance amount (USD V/S INR)
1) we have done down payment of customer. (USD V/S INR RS. 40/- PER DOLLAR)
2) Invoice posting also done (RS. 42/-)
3) At the time of Invoice against down payment clearing (RS. 43/-)
     At the time of clearing exchange rate difference account is generated automatically (back ground calculated).
     But exchange rate differemce account is displaying amount is more value. This value is more than invoice and advance value.
     But question is how this much of value is getting in exchange rate difference account.
     Please suggest possible ways to get that.

no.
authorize iTunes on the new machine for your iTunes store account and you're good to go.
make sure you de-authorize iTunes on the old machine before retiring it.

ITunes says I have more than 5 authorized computers - help!

We have already tried to "deauthorize all" as suggested on the support page. And since you may only do that once per year, it is not an option. The iTunes Store says only one computer is authorized, yet my iTunes account says I have more than 5. This prevents me from accessing some of my iTunes purchased material, though not all.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the quick response! I'll do that. I have discovered in the meantime that the only items affected are the free downloads. Other purchased items -- including two I just downloaded -- are just fine.

i got my iphone 4 last night and i came home to synch it with my computer.
i was going over apps and stuff and it said i needed to authorize that computer for my account.
i clicked yes but it said i have over 5 computers authorized.
i only have a desktop and a leptop but ive never authorized any computers to use my itunes account.
only my old iphone and the one im at right now.
says i need to deauthorize one of the computers.
how do i do that and I have no idea what other computers itunes is talking about.

If you have re-installed itunes or upgraded OS, etc without first de-authorizing, it could cause multiple authorizations on the same computer.

My wife and I share a mac and each have our own iPhones. she sometimes downloads songs with her apple id, and I do the same with mine. is it possible to share these between our devices? can I authorize my mac for both accounts?

You should be able to have more than account authorised on your Mac's iTunes via the Store > Authorise This Computer menu option - and you should be able to select and sync purchases from both accounts to your phones

for auto download, you need to check
Automatically download prepurchased content
in iTunes Preferences > Store. If you do this for more than one computer, it should be in effect only for the one that you did last.

ITunes Won't Burn More Than One CD at a time...

(I am sorry if this is in the incorrect forum)
When I attempt to burn more than one CD (one right after the other) using iTunes I get an error message stating that the computer cannot calibrate enough laser power...and it spits the CD out. If I wait a few hours/restart it works again— anyone know if this is just an iTunes problem?

While I don't know about using an AEB, yes you can have it on more than one disk if you are willing to do some extra effort. iTunes is really set up to work with one disk. You can turn off the copy to Media folder when adding to iTunes feature in iTunes references, or you can just always remember to hold down the option key while adding an item to iTunes and iTunes will not copy it to the media folder. The only thing is, other features of iTunes may not behave as you are used to. For example, if you delete a track this may turn into a two step process with deleting it form iTunes, then deleting the media file itself wherever you are keeping it.

ITunes: Can't copy more than 6553 songs to ipod?

I've been having major problems with my music library on an ipod touch (5th gen, 64gb, iOS7, iTunes 11.1, mac mini).
The main problem is that I don't ever seem to be able to successfully copy all my music to the ipod. I'll do the copy and wait for it to finish, but when I later connect the ipod to my pc (sometimes several days later), some of the songs will show up in iTunes as gray, and they won't be visible from the iPod. I don't know if they were like that from the beginning (i.e. those songs failed to copy oririginally) or if they disappeared sometime between the copy and when I connected the iPod to the pc. If anyone has any idea why this problem is happening, I'd love to hear it.
When this happens, I generally wipe out all the music on the iPod and try to re-copy everything back to it. I have a "to put on ipod" playlist for this purpose. But I just noticed that if the playlist has more than 6553 songs on it, I can't copy them all to the iPod. So 6553 is fine, 6554 won't work. It doesn't seem to be related to particular songs, as I've tried changing the selected songs -- so any selection of 6553 (or less) is copyable, while any selection of 6554 (or more) is uncopyable. Is this a known limit? Is it documented anywhere? (I'm joking -- I realize that this mess of a support forum is the documentation)

Had one more go re-loading i-tunes & quick time and, hey presto, everythings working fine now.

I am curious as to why iTunes pricing is way more expensive than Amazon for both music and movies??

I'm not sure why I even bothered to ask this question if I get simpleton answers like the ones from rominggnome and Mike Johnson12. Limos is the only one that answered the question with some form of intelligence.
Thanks for you input Limos - I understand that there is a difference in quality but I can't seem to justify the price difference which is sometimes up to 50% on many albums that I've seen, and movies on average are 30% more expensive. The format alone should not be the reason for the price difference, this should be advantageous to sell way more material than the competitors.
There are advantages and disadvanteges to streaming such as reducing storage space on your device; but actually you can download movies from Amazon and watch it offline using Amazon's free Video Player called Unbox, however it is not compatible with Mac or Linux and it is not transferable to iPod devices.
There is a difference between competitive pricing and gouging. I would also like Apple's perspective on this.

ITunes won't sync more than one ringtone

I have a brand new iPhone 4.
Trying to manually sync some ringtones the iPhone shows only one of them in the custom ringtones in the settings menu.
I have the same ringtones with the same method of sync in another iPhone 3Gs.
Any idea what could cause this problem?

It gives me enough time to fool me into thinking i've managed to fix it and even allows me to assign the new tones to contacts. I can even synch several times without issue. But give it 24hours and good ole marimba is the default, and all but one ringtone remain.
If it makes any difference, these ringtones are self created using a CD i own and have ripped into itunes, then converted using the itunes method (resize to less than 30s, export to aac, then change the postfix to .m4r and reload).
Also worth noting is that they show up and can be played in the itunes>library>ringtones.
Any help would be oh so appreciated (before i pull any more hair out).

ITunes refusing to sync more than one podcast

I'm having a bit of trouble syncing desired podcasts to my new Nano. I'm using manual sync, and if I attempt to add more than one different podcast by dragging, as suggested by iTunes help, the program is nonresponsive and refuses to sync. It's necessary for me to use manual sync, as I need to pick and choose the exact episodes I want. I've found nothing anywhere in help referring to this, anything anyone has to offer would be appreciated.
