how can I undue a dispute over purchases that I have clarified their origin after I made the dispute?
and have apple reinitiate the use of my apple ID for iTunes and others which as of now has been disabled?

You will not be able to Transfer from your Apple ID to his New Apple ID.
Anything Purchased / Downloaded using Your Apple ID remains Tied to your Apple ID.

There is nothing to fix. The ipod is designed to stop you from being able to steal music as you are doing.
Erase the music you got illegally and sync your own music to your own ipod. -
I cant get my old ipod to update on my new macbook pro. i have two itunes accounts but the one i always used for my ipod is what is up on the computer and it keeps asking me to authorize and when i try it says i have already authorized my computer? can i merge my itunes accounts?

iTunes Store accounts can't be merged.
To merge iTunes libraries, import the content and playlists from one to the other. Any purchased content in either will remain associated with the original iTunes Store account.

You can sync songs to your iPod from your iTunes library on a computer. You may need to authorize the computer with both of your Apple IDs:

Connect the iPod to your computer and look at the storage used by the various categories as shown in the colored bargarph in iTunes.
Come back with the results.
An "other" larger than about 1 1/2 GB indicates corrupted files.

Your music will only be where you put it.
Copy it from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one. -

I have a fifth gen ipod classic. I switched computers and was not able to transfer the songs and pictures over. When I connect my ipod to the computer it wants to sync with it which would delete all my songs and music. Is there a way around this?

I had log me in and seen that there was an update so I gave my password and loaded the update on my iPad ,
I just got notification that I have been charged €100 for this
I want to reverse the up grade as I don't use logmein that often and can do without it.

If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.
