I had do a wrong decision to change my appstore account, and all purchased apps gone.
So How do I get back all purchase apps?
I tried to change back country, but it show please contact the Itunes support to complete the transaction.
Please Help.

I'm living in Hong Kong! I use US iTunes account to make game and in-game purchase by using US iTunes gift card to credit on it, where I found it from local retailshop. To be honest, I don't have the real Address in USA nor a Credit Card so I just selected "None" and randomly put in a random name, an address and a phone number when setting up the billing info year ago. Today I bought 7x $25USD iTune Gift Card and redeemed 5 of them ($125USD) into this account, and tried to purchase in game content (Order and Chaos Online) that costs $99.99USD. However, there is an error in the transaction. It said "Please contact the iTune Support to complete the transaction", after contacting the iTune Store by using Expresslane, I went to back to my account info and try to edit the billing address, the another error happen "You must verify your payment info before you can make purchase" so I try to edit my info again and it says "Please contact the iTune Support to complete the transaction". Come on already, why the heck it needs my billing info as I'm paying it by my redeemed credit? It used to work a few months ago but not now. Please help and fix the issue. Thank You.

You can only redeem gift cards from the same country where you reside.
