When buying applications off the app store, is it possible to get billed to your phone bill instead of visa. So that what ever u got over the month will appear on your phone bill.

how do you get a VAT copy of your bill? everything comes up saying not a VAT invoice and whaen I phoned up I was told they no longer send out paper copies of the bill and didnt give me any answers whatsoever, as usual. I'm actually with orange but the orange help part of the website directed me here!! Is it just me or has the customer support and website become ridiculous since the join up with EE?!

This is really frustrating we were on the phone to him for 45 minutes he refused to put a manager on and told us this was not possible to do and that we had to ring back every month! When we rang up about the homeline and broadband account we were just told they can't issue VAT receipts full stop. Ridiculous!

Samsung Galaxy 5 - Text Messaging Applications that come on your phone

I'm very disappointed in the quality of service that I've been given with Verizon. I recently got my Samsung Galaxy back around the end of July of this year (2014). Since I've received my phone before my billing cycle ended I would always have to increase my data plan so I wouldn't be charged per data byte for going over my data plan. I recently had to up my data plan to 40GB this past month which is out right ridiculous because I only have one line and I only use my phone to surf the net, check email, Facebook and etc when I have WiFi capabilities. I called Verizon last Monday 11/3/14 and asked can I receive some type of investigation on why my data plan was going over the limit before my billing cycle ended each month since I got the phone. So basically what they told me is the app called Message+ that came on the phone was tracking all my locations whenever I sent a text or picture message and that was causing me to go over my data plan because it was using data whenever I sent a message. Why would Verizon give you an option to use the Message+ app if you have to go in and change the settings to stop background data and GPS location from happening. This is absolutely ridiculous. My bill for this month went from $140 to $260. Verizon said it was nothing they could do because I was supposed to use the message app called messages as my default text messenger. As a consumer why would you have two messaging app's installed on one phone makes no **** sense to me. Verizon was only able to give me a credit of $20 to take off my bill and told me that I was denied an additional $70 credit (which adds up to $90 which is the amount that I had to add to get the additional 40GB plan so I wouldn't exceed my data.) I am highly upset that I have to pay an additional **** $120 for my bill for this month because of text messaging that was already on the phone when I got it. This is unfair and unjust and I hope whomever else has the Samsung Galaxy 5 and you use Message+ that you read this so you won't get ripped off every month by Verizon.

hi! just wrote a reply that was erased! sooo mad! but u should absolutely call back until u get a rep with a brain! you should not be paying for anything over 10gb and they cant give you $ back!!?? tell them u will take ur service somewhere else, like t-mobile, who will pay ur cancellation fees! thats crazy! had same prob with data on S4! it is broken so i had to go back to old android, and it isnt gonna use over 2gb!! i had to go up to 5gb with the S4, then it conveniently went over that! definitely disable the wrong text app! i use Textfree, which doesnt use a lot of data when i am close to going over texts. And definitely download the Clean Master app! will help u organize and clean ur phone! I just dealt with a $218.50 bill when a Verizon rep erased my texting! Mistakes happen, they should give u ur $ back! but once u set a data warning and limit in settings and make sure not to use the other app? get ur $ back by changing back to a less expensive plan! u should not need that much unless streaming, listening to music, etc.,!! good luck!!

Is anyone having issues with itunes 10.1 not recognizing your Phone?

I have Windows 7 and need to install iTunes 10.1.1, the 64 bit version which I did, and when I do and try to connect the phone, It tells me my phone is not recognized and to install the 64 bit version which i've done already. Help!!

Cannot view PDF of phone bill

Since the latest update I am getting really frustrated with the security, it is a pain all i want to do is view my phone bill - it is a PDF from my account on Virginmobile, the Mozilla help discussion is a circular message with no solution. I have made the updates automatic I have installed a PDF viewer, I have tried restart and all NO luck and I am now out of time..... I have to just not use Firefox as my browser to get the bill and if this is the same for my other accounts I will have to make another browser the defalt :( !

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble viewing PDFs pf your phone bill; it does sound frustrating.
I'm with Virgin Media as well (for internet and TV) and can access my bills okay, so there must be a way to solve your problem.
To get started, you please give some more information about the problem? What happens when you try to open the PDF? Do you see any error messages? Does any extra software load?

how would you be able to track down the iMessages like text messages on your phone bill when it lists the number and the type of message on your bill details? at&t user

iMessages will not show up on the AT&T bill under messages. iMessages are not SMS/Text messages, which is what is displayed on the AT&T bill. iMessages use data and are counted against data like sending/receiving an email.

Sorry to hear you are having some initial issues getting started with the Mac App Store with your new computer. Let's try a few things:
1) Confirm you are able to access and edit your Apple ID at Apple - My Apple ID
2) Close all open applications and restart your computer.
3) Open the iTunes application and review / update your account. From the menu bar, choose the Store > View Account command
4) Click on the App Store icon on your dock and download a free app

Why does my iTunes / App store go to the German version when I travel in Austria?

Since I updated to iOS 6 my iTunes Store and App Store are both going directly to the Austrian stores. I am in Austria at the moment travelling. But how come I can't change back the Canadian stores? I think someone dropped the ball on this one.

No, go to "settings", "iTunes & App Stores" click on your "Apple ID:" should be some type of email address. Then hit "View Apple ID". Once you sign in w/ your password, hit "country or region" (even if it already shows the correct country) your basically reverifying. I'm guessing since you updated while on vacation your locations services were on thats why it changed countries. Anyway follow the steps update your payment info (you will only need the security code for your debit/credit card if it stayed the same). And you should be good!

Connect to your computer you normally use itunes with, right click on your phones name, and click backup. once you have done that, disconnect your phone, and reconnect it, then click check for updates under the info tab, then click update. You dont lose your info, but you have a backup just in case.

Cannot purchase from iTunes wifi store

I have downloaded & installed the 1.1.1 update and attempted to purchase and download some music. However, when I clicked on "Buy Now", I was informed that no account information could be found, and I should connect to iTunes to establish an account. The odd thing is... I DO have an account, and connecting to iTunes confirmed that fact. I accessed my account while connected, then tried to purchase music again using my iPhone -- still no joy.
Does anyone know how I can get this feature to work correctly?

On your computer, go to the iTunes Music Store, click on your account email address in the upper right hand part of the screen, and click Sign Out.
Quit iTunes, reopen iTunes, go into the Store again, and log in with your account info.
Then sync your iPhone.
According to Apple's documentation, it transfers the account info to your iPhone from the last time you logged into the Music Store. Hopefully, doing the above will "remind" your computer about your account info so that it will be synced to your iPhone.
Please post if this works or not.

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item (free or paid-for) from the store.

If not then you will need to enter credit card details - you should be able to remove the card after entering it

Store clerk at verizon said I would not be charged for returning phone, now have a $300 bill for used phone whose battery is terrible

Phone was broken so I brought it into Hawaii VW store. I stated that I was three weeks from a free upgrade but if I could get a free replacement then I would take that. He and the manager looked at the phone and said it would be replaced for free if I sent it in. I asked, again, if he was sure it would be free otherwise I would wait for the free upgrade. He said it was. I send it in and get a "gently used" [battery drains in 2 hours with no use] phone in the mail. Now, two weeks later, I get an email stating the phone was not covered and I owe $300. Now I'm stuck with $300 bill, a used phone whose battery is terrible, when I could have just waited for the upgrade if the saleskid and his manager had been honest instead of trying to close the store early at 745pm. Any ideas on how to remedy this situation?

Well, Im not sure of your definition of "broken". What was wrong with the phone? And also it was out of warranty, since you say you were 3 weeks away from upgrade. So along with that, its reasonable to conclude that the charge is valid. They wont reverse it.

Earlier i meantioned that my lock screen was broken. That was a mistake its my lock button i apologize. But do i still have to pay for my phone bill and activate my AT&T account in order to replace my iPhone 5 at an apple store?? Or not because of the one-year warranty??

The lock button on my iPhone5 has also started acting up. Extremely annoying. I have to get it replaced, but I've dropped my phone once and there is a scratch on the top left corner of the phone, so I'm not sure what the warranty says about this situation.
