Itunes billed me for my netflix renewal...

but whenever i try to acces my netflix account it says they're having problems billing my account. has anyone else had this problem?

    I'm unclear on what you're attempting. You can only use the iTunes Store from an iPhone or other Apple device. You can't make purchases from any other brand or model of phone. If you mean you have a Kyocera Hydro phone, that's an Android phone, so you need to be using the Google Play Store.

We just wanted to know how safe these 3rd party apps are with credit card information, because we dont want our information used in the wrong ways, or used for things other than the subscription. We also wanted to know if the subscriptions could be paid with itunes gift cards.

    Basically anything purchased "in app" is handled through your iTunes account.

    I just received an email receipt from Paypal showing a $12.99 purchase from iTunes. I almost NEVER purchase anything over around five dollars in the app or music store. Since PayPal does not show what this purchase was for, I have not received the receipt from Apple yet, and I cannot find anyway to look up online what this purchase was for....I need help to find out ASAP what this purchase was. If my account has been compromised or if I have been incorrectly charged for something, I would like to get the issue handled immediately.     Seems the link for 'reporting a problem' that is part of the iTune store receipt email I received today will not work on an iPad.
    Yet it works on my MacPro laptop, so I was able to at least write a report.
    Id rather deal with billing issues person to person via voice phone...but I fear those days are gone.
    my last resort was to contact AMex and have them stop payment until this issue resolved.
    Drastic, but at least I get attention from a human.

    Does the game have an IAP redownload option ? Not all IAPs are redownloadable for free : Make in-app purchases.

    When I try to update my billing information for itunes it keeps saying incorrect security code. Im reading it right off the car so I know that it cannot be incorrect is there anyway for an agent to get this updated for me?

    Not sure if this helps .. but it appears that whenever Adobe's payment processing backend has some internal issues, it puts the subscribers into some  HELL. The only way I found it to be working is - call the customer support from your country, and speak to a CSE.
    The same incident happened to me this month. Subscription failed warnings, and Email alerts. I logged into my account, but could not update credit card details. When I tried adding another card, it throwed errors. So I called the local Adobe Customer support, and gone through the painful IVR thing. But at the end I was able to reach a CSE and he helped in fixing the issue.
    The Solution:

    PS : It is pathetic that Adobe's payment processing is not upto the quality, and recent breaches has made the life of subscribers bad. I really love those old Retail boxes. I never had any billing issues.

    Are you using a stereo receiver or surround sound system for the audio by chance.  What you are describing sounds like a receiver that is not setup correctly, or does not have the speakers connected to it correctly to support Dolby surround, 5.1 or 7.1.  Which is why it is only happening on some content.  It would only be on the ones that are encoded to support Dolby audio.

    Sorry but no, that won't be possible. If this was for an app, music or movie, you could as a workaround give yourself a gift of the item, but books at this time cannot be gifted. Your only other option will be to set up a new iTunes Store account for use when making business purchases and enter in your credit card into that account and avoid using gift cards. Many people, including myself, have separate accounts for business and personal purchases.

    You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. Have you added or changed your credit card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ?
