ITunes can't verify my address to complete a purchase. My iTunes account and the credit card account both have the correct info, What's up?

iTunes can't verify my address to complete a purchase. I went to my account (iTunes) and it has all the correct info. I re-entered everything in iTunes just to make sure and then did the same with credit card account. Still no good. Message "We couldn't verify your address. Make sure you've entered the correct blah blah blah" This account is 7 years old! what could the problem be?

Woooooow, that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen... I searched my address and apparently they decided to add a "Rd" to the end of my street name... I've NEVER used that before for my address, but as soon as I typed it into my iPad, it FINALLY let me in. SOOOO silly! Just go to this USPS site and type in your addy. It will verify ALL of your entire address and make you ALL of that is typed into your Apple device, because they have become address Nazi's to make sure everything matches. http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp

HT1918 I have Unknown Itunes charges on my credit card. I need help to identify the purchases. It does not show in my Itunes purchase history but only one my credit card statement.

If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? I have a new ipad and everything works but can't connect to the app store. Itunes works and the wifi seems to be working but i get a blank white screen when i open the appstore.Nothing will load unter the features or charts tab. Any Suggestions?

Apps and Music are not from iCloud. Are from iTunes and App Store.
You can change this from: Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Sign out and sign in with new ID, but you will have to pay again to download apps that you already have in your old account. Or leave it as it is to share purchases with your son.

Im not sure wether I got you right or not. But my advice/s would be as follows:
These steps help you get rid of old apps you downloaded years ago and you do not use anymore.(Also frees space on your mac after emptying the trash)
1) go to iTunes and delete all applications in it. Make sure to move them to trash! Do not empty your trash yet. Its your backup if step 3 doesnt appear.
2) connect both your devices(one after each other) and make a backup. !!!Dont press the Sync button, press the Back Up Now Button
3) Then it asks you if you want to backup applications as well. Confirm. (This is how apps get transferred manually)
4) Then Sync your devices... The first time it might be, that there are some additional apps loaded to your devices you dont want to.. delete them on your Device (not iTunes) and after that you should be good every time you sync again.
5) now you can empty your trash on your mac.
Further,
- You should regularly connect your devices with iTunes to make sure they are backed up. (Even if you have activated iCloud backup, the iTunes backup is more proper i.e.. Apps)
- If you hate scrolling through a list of apps in iTunes, you can re/install apps directly on iOS not via iTunes. I absolutely never go to the "Applications" section in iTunes. I install and delete apps directly on iOS.

A much simpler solution would be to go into Settings > Store and turn off Automatic Downloads

I used to be able to view all cloud and downloaded content. I no longer can.

There used to be option to show items that are in the cloud in your library, but I can't find where that now is (unless it's been removed). You should be able to see what items that you can re-download via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (at the top right of that there should be a 'not on this computer' button)
Edit : Just seen your reply, though I don't appear to have that setting on mine.
