ITunes cannot connect with my iPod or with the store
My iTunes store will not function with my iPod touch 2nd gen or connect to iTunes store. It says it needs an internet connection.
I tried all of the trouble shooting from the page you linked to lllaass. What I think the problem is, is that my driver wasn't recognizing the ipod, so now my brother tried to install a new one to fix it, but now my computer only thinks that my ipod is a digital camera. The real device is in the control panel under hardware but every time I plug in my ipod, it just just defualts to calling it a camera and not the ipod.

I have uninsalled and reistalled itunes, but to no avail. I have followed all of the links on the support pages too, but nothing seems to owrk.
I keep getting the following message when I log into ITunes "itunes could not connect to this ipod as an unknown error occured (0xE800000A)

I recently updated my ipod touch to the new IOS version. Now when I go to connect my ipod touch to my itunes, an unknown error pops up saying that my itunes cannot connect to my ipod. Can anyone help me please??

How to update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -
my ipad is disabled and it said ipad is disabled connect to itunes but i connected it and was restoreing it and then there was a popup and it said itunes cannot connect to ipad because it is locked with a passcode. and you must enter the passcode on the ipad before it can be used with itunes. But i couldnt even write the passcode on my ipad cause it was disabled. What should i do now????

If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:

If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device. -
I am having issues with streaming music from iTunes on my MacBook Pro to my audio system through AirPlay. Works perfectly with my iPod Touch. The AirPlay icon appears irregularly in iTunes and when selected doesn't connect. Running latest IOS software.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Started out with "Text Plus" triple charging me. Gave up on them. iTunes sent me an email with the receipt of all 3 charges with "report a problem" under each purchase. I clicked on it and that's when I had on my screen "cannot connect to server". This happens with both my iPodtouch 4 th gen. & my new iPad3 , both are WiFi. Very puzzling indeed, I contacted iTunes the other day and Derrick told me to go to Apple , I did and they said their support community has dealt with this problem before and now I am here. I just upgraded to iTunes 11 and now I get a "itunes cannot connect with this ........ Could not allocate a resource. Happens with both ipad and iPhone. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
Same for me with Iphone 5 and IOS 7 on mac pro. Install ITunes 11.1 and after reboot nothing work. Work only with Mac Pro in safe mode.

ITunes cannot connect with this iPad Error/iOS 5 problem
It appears that ever since upgrading to iOS 5 and opting to sync my first gen iPad wirelessly, I have been receiving an error message each morning stating "iTunes cannot connect with this iPad..."
The wireless sync capability works fine, I plug my iPad into the wall when I come home, and it starts pushing and pulling all the new apps that I've downloaded in the day.
It appears that iTunes is will regularly try to connect with the iPad while it is charging. At some point during the evenings, either my iPad will be asleep or my iMac will be asleep. I think this is where the connection problem is arising.
Does anyone know how to change iTunes' frequency of wireless sync to a device that it is wirelessly connected to? Ideally, I'd like it to only sync wirelessly once when I plug the iPad into the wall.See if this page helps : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3221

Ipod classic music erased, with "iTunes cannot read contents of iPod"
I went to sync my ipod classic 120GB and before it began, a message popped up telling me that there was a problem with my devices and that they should be scanned and fixed. I went to scan and fix them, but it failed each time. It started syncing but then an error message came up saying, "iTunes cannot read contents of iPod, go to summary tab in iPod preferences and click restore to restore this iPod to factory settings. I took my ipod out of the usb cable and looked to see that my music had all been erased! I went to the preferences tab that it told me to go to and if I restore the iPod to factory settings then all my media will obviously be erased. I have tried a few times since then to re-sync it but it is coming up each time. I had previously had another iPod with this same iTunes account, but it was lost. I bought this new one about 7 months ago and I have had no problem syncing until now. I also had to get a new hard drive for my computer, but that was about a year ago and I illegally saved the music files from my itunes to my new hard drive so I could have all the old music from my ipod on the new one. Is there any way I can get my music back onto my iPod or do I really have to set my itunes back to factory settings and erase all my media?
I've got a brand new iPod Video 60Gb and i have had this message since the first time i synced it. I think i restored the iPod about 10 times but it's always crashing when i unlupg it. It try to listen to something, the musics are on the iPod but they aren't listed in playlists or under artists or songs.
Then i plug it to iTunes and i got the message: iTunes cannot read the content.
I've bought a Belkin card just for it, the one recommended for iPod USB 2.0. Doesn't change anything. I've tried different USB ports, again, nothing new.
I was just going to try using USB 1.0 but it's sooooooooooooo slow that it will take me like 12 hours to sync the iPod!

iPod is in Recovery Mode and when I Try to connect my itouch it says it cannot connect because it is locked with a password, but I cannot unlock it since it is in recovery mode! Help!! Pleaseee
Try putting it in DFU mode and then restore.

I tried to update my iPod and now it's saying that iTunes cannot connect the iPod. What should I do?
