ITunes card didn't give me all the money that I paid for.

I bought a $15 iTunes card and when I redeemed it i only got $7.01. Why?

Did you owe iTunes any money and/or have auto-renewing subscriptions or pre-orders that were due ? You've checked the purchase history on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 ?
If you can't see where it went, and you've tried logging out and back into your account on the computer's iTunes or iOS device that you are using to see if your balance then updates, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with where it went : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

    If you are getting an 'invalid security code' message then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

    Tigon's already got you covered here. But I'll chime in with some English localisation advice.
    There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
    The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
    If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
    Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
    Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them:

Apple has an incredible reputation, but you stuff that doesn't work, and how do you get someone to sort it for you as per any company who sold you a series of stuff that didn't work. Who do I call? What do I do?  I just want the stuff that I paid for to work.  Is this unreasonable?  Is there a consumer regulatory group that anyone can recommend that could approach about stuff that you buy that doesn't work?

    you dont need computer. go to settings > icloud and turn off what you dont want like photostream/calendars/contacts. for itunes 11.1 you need to go to itunes.com and download it then install it.

    Try Restoring the tunes from icloud by: 1 click itunes store in itunes, 2 on the home page, click Purchased, 3 in the music tab, hit the button with a cloud and an arrow on the tunes you want!

  • HT1657 I rented a movie on iTunes but I didn't have enough space on my phone.  So I backed up my phone erased my pictures and tried again and now it doesn't show I rented the movie that I paid for.

    When I realized I didn't have space I backed up my phone and erased all the pictures on it to make room.  When I went in to try to download the rental it wasn't there anymore.

    It sounds like you paid for a rental but there was not enough space to download it, and after clearing some space you are unable to download it. If it is not appearing in the Rentals Tab of the Videos app I would check to see if you can resume the download in the iTunes Store app:
    If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
    For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
    Enter your account name and password if prompted.
    Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

    the card was redeemed fine and i was able to purchase one song and when the download was complete i returned to the itunes home page and the money was gone! i tried everything and now i'm just really frustrated and in need of help.

    Are you logged into the iTunes Store?
    Can you see your username in the upper right of the iTunes Store window?
    If not then log in.

    Adding to what is mentioned above, if its scheduled if its a BW datamart load scheduled in background you can see that in  SM37 job log (give BIrequest name) (In source system if load is from R/3) and it should give you the details about the request.
    SM66 > Get the job details (server name PID etc from SM37) and see in SM66 if the job is running or not. (In source system if load is from R/3 or in BW if its a datamart load). See if its accessing/updating some tables or is not doing anything at all.
    Also try SM50/SM51 to find that job.
    Try RSMO from the Infopackage monitor.

    All of your apps and media should be in iTunes on your computer.
    If they are, plug the phone in and sync what you want to the device.
    If they are not, you can redownload Apps from the app store at no charge.
    Also, if you have a backup of your old device, you could restore that to the new device and it will put everything back.
    You do sync your device with your computer regularly, correct?????
