Itunes card / support is bad
i recently got an itunes card from my fiancee and when i rubbed off the silver coating the numbers came off too. I have emailed apple 3 times and got the same auto response. I have sent in the upc numbers etc, etc like the support page said and am getting nowhere. i was told in the auto reponse that they would send me my password. i even called apple and the person was of no help. i need to find out how to cantact a person who can actually help me. please any one help
I know that the iTMS customer service department is swamped, so try the form again. If you still don't get anything other than the automated response within a day or two, post back and I'll ask a Discussions Host to try and escalate your issue.

Why is itunes store support soooo bad?
My account was locked for 8 hours cause I forgot the answer to a security question. I called and the lady asked me the questions again and then said she can't do anything for me, I just have to wait the 8 hours. I'm hating Apple and wanting to sell off or even throw out all my Apple products. I also asked her if I could have a supervisor to complain to and she refused. Who do I complain to and will they even care?

I Just bought an iTunes card from the store and I went to go buy a game and it's saying my purchase can not be made please go to iTunes support. But this keeps happening and I can only download free apps no apps that cost money and I did looked it up on google and they say to make sure there is no restrictions And I did and it's still doing it. I just bought a iTunes card and its not accepting it. It already sent it to the support team and they said they were going to get back to my within 24 hours and i am trying to buy a program in the app store for work. How can I expedite this process?

My iTunes card won't redeem and when I try to it comes up with this "The gift certificate or prepaid card code you entered has not been properly activated. Please contact iTunes Store costumer support for assistance" can anyone help me?
Is the store that you bought the card from nearby so that you can try going back and asking if they can activate the card properly ? I recently started my apple I'd account and used my wife's bank card for payment info. I then loaded $75 from iTunes gift cards on the account. I was able to make in app purchases, now its telling me to contact iTunes Store support to complete now? Help

I have gifted itunes cards to family members once before. Now when I try to send them, after I use my apple ID, select amount, go through all the steps and password, and click buy now....a window comes up telling me it can't be sent, to contact support. My credit card info is up to date I can't understand what the problem can be

Like I said, I often play iOS games on my iPhone 4S in my spare time. Sometimes, if the game is good enough, I will attempt to make an IAP (In-App Purchase). Sometimes, I have no trouble with this. Other times it will say: "Unable to complete transaction at this time. Please contact ITunes Store Support. I primarily use a prepaid credit card by AMEX called Bluebird. I always make sure that I have plenty of funds available in it. For instance, tonight, it has roughly $200 stored. So I try to make an IAP for $10 and it works fine. Later I make another for $15, no trouble there either. Then I try to make a purchase on the same game for $2.99 and it gives me that error message.
This has been happening on and off for the past 3-4 weeks only. Every few days it happens, I contact the iTunes Store Support, and sometime in the next 24-72 hours they get back to me. They then apologize for the inconvenience and fix the problem. But the main problem is that their fix seems to be only temporary. It happens irregardless of how much money I have available on my card. I've even had it happen when I had just redeemed a. $50 iTunes gift card and was trying to make a $5 purchase. It doesn't seem to matter if I've spent a little bit or a lot of money that day. It doesn't care for which game I am purchasing the IAP. TThis never happened to me before a month ago. Now it won't stop. And it is incredibly frustrating that it seems to happen for no rhyme or reason out of the blue. Then I'm stuck waiting on the support staff to get back to me for the next few hours to few days, depending on the day.
Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Or how can I prevent it from happening in the future. The support folks at Apple are nice, but I'm tired of emailing them every other day with the same problem. I'm sure they are quite tired of getting emails from me at the same frequency. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

P.S. my Internet connection is working perfectly. No technical difficulties whatsoever other than the inability to make an IAP. Also, after it gives that unable to complete transaction message, I can no longer buy anything with my apple account until tech support fixes it. Any suggestions or ideas appreciated.Thank you Brian, but I just tried that, and it didn't work, I'm still getting the same messages.

i got an itunes card and i cant read the letter i wasted 25$ for nothing since i cant use it i called customer support they said they sent me a form in my email to fill out there was no form in my email to fill out just a bunch of links that brought me to the main screen in the support page ive went all throughout the support page and cant seem to find this form or something that will help me all i want is a new code so i can use this card can you please just send me a new 25$ code

Can someone tell me what to do about not being able to read my iTunes card code?

Has anybody successfully logged an online support request for an itunes card that hasn't been activated properly? I tried the camera to read it but still no good. Get the error about it not being activated properly so i tried to log an online support ticket twice on two seperate days but get another error saying sorry we can't process this request now try later. Very frustrated, my son has a $20 voucher from Christmas he can' t use.
