ITunes changing country shop with credits?

I live in the US so I use the App Store from there and now I saw an app on google that I wanted and it was in euros so I pressed it and it said it was not available in the US so I had to change to the French App Store. I did so and I didn't find the app so I wanted to go back to the US shop I went to my I'd and set it to US and it said I needed to use all my credits before I can change stores. As it seemed I had a 1$ left on my iTunes gift card and it let me change to the French store with credits so why can't I change back to the US store? How can I change back keeping credits? Are there any apps that are in the US but not in France that I can search to go back on the US store? Please help and thanks :)

iTunes gift cards can only be used in the country they were bought. I live in the UK so US gift cards would be of no use to me..

    There is the option of creating a new AUS account but then you will have issues with purchases made in the UK because you cannot crossover from one account to another.
    This is related to the topic that keeps coming up regarding accounts and wanting to access content in app/iTunes stores in other countries.  Just is not as seamless as it should be for us.

    Just though of something else from the id3 tag, I decided to convert the song again in mp3, which it was already, the point being I converted the song, this new song was then edited and I was also able following this to edit the faulty one, then I went in show me in finder and delete the one I just converted. It is a long way to go at it I just hope there would be an easier way to get access to the song title. I have notice more and more song I get are like this.

    I have moved to India from UK, and was trying to purchase Photoshop from Adobe page. The payment details page asks for change of country, and to change it to any other apart from UK, I need to call a toll free number.   • HT1918 I can't change my country/region with iTune and therefore can't change my method of payment. Help.

    I can't change my country/region on iTunes and therefore can't change my payment information. I've moved from Canada to Australia and am now using an Australian credit card.
    On my device I've gone into settings>iTunes &app store> Apple ID > view Apple ID > country/ region > change country/region. When I try tapping on this last icon, nothing happens. It doesn't give an option to change.
    I've also updated my address with apple.

    It sounds like you are trying to change your country in the iPhone settings but when you get to the last step, nothing happens. I would start by closing all the running apps on the phone:
    iOS: Force an app to close

    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
    Swipe the app up to close it.
    When you have done that and restart the phone and try changing the country again:
    iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

    If the issue persists, try signing out of your account in settings, then restart one more time, sign back in and try to change the country again.

    On the iPad - go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap on your old ID and sign out. Then sign in with your changed/new ID.
