Itunes charged me for the uncensored and censored version of the same album

It said purchasing album I confirmed but when I left the room my laptop was closed. It didn't ending up downloading at all so i re downloaded the album or so I thought. Itunes dose not say if the album is explit or not when u buy it so it turns out it bought the clean version and the explit because I thought I hit the explit album both times. Any one know how I can get my $13 back ? thank you

Generally speakling, Apple's policy is that all sales are final. If you wish to try appealing to them, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History.

I'd like to gift a friend an album, but he already has most of the tracks. So I was wondering if itunes would charge me for the complete price of the album or the 'complete my album' price.

You will be charged for the entire album. The Gifting feature is not recipient-specific, so it would have no way to know that a particular recipient you might be sending to would already have the album. Why not just gift the songs you know your friend doesn't have?

You can't gift it, gifting can only be done from within the store, not from within your library.
Puchases are considered final but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Dear Sir ,
upon reviewing my credit card statement , I have noticed that i have been charged twice for the same product which I am not even aware of , however I would apprcaite reviewing the cahrges and do the refund to my credit card
The DUPLICATE charges are against Home design : 49.99 USD
and another one for an application which is not downloaded ( The last driver )

TS1424 Charged twice for the same subscription

Renewed by 30 day subscription to the Sun newspaper online. Just got the invoice from the iTunes store and have been charged twice for the same subscription.
Go into iTunes and click on 'Report a problem' and get a very confusing page full of FAQ's but I can't find anyway of contacting iTunes to ask for a refund. When I go into the Sun Newspaper App on my iPad 2 it says I have 25 days subscription left.
Help someone before I lose all my hair!

On your email receipt and in the Purchase History section of your iTunes account there is a link that says Report a Problem. Click on that link.

You will need to contact iTunes Support. You can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
