Itunes Closed while i was downloading season 1 of lost

i have no idea what to do now it closed after i downloaded the third episode of lost, I was billed for all 25 episodes but only downloaded 3. what am i supposed to do

okay this is just a stab in the dark, but try going to Advanced--'Check for Purchases' in iTunes. Hopefully that will work.

ITunes crashed while app was downloading

I recently purchased a game from the iTunes store. Right after I clicked on "Buy App", my iTunes (version 9.01) froze. I ended the process because it did not recover. Now, when I go to the "Applications" tab, it does not have that downloaded game, but in the purchase history it includes the game. Is there any way to fix this? Do I contact iTunes or the game developer?

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Good question!
In my experience there is usually a problem with the download. If you paid for the song, I advise to NOT try the download again as this may charge your iTunes account/ Credit Card twice.
If it was free, what the heck, try to download it again.
OR
In the Music (orange) App if the song shows up USUALLY you can swipe left (like when you delete something) and delete the song and try to download again.
If none of this works, try contacting expresslane.apple.com
Start by clicking in the center column:
1. iTunes
2. iTune Store
3. Connecting & Downloading
4. Downloads from iTunes store incomplete or interrupted
5. Continue
6. Choose your support option (depending on time of day your options will include email, chat, call now, or schedule a callback)

Is there a way to block Firefox from closing while files are downloading? I don't want to accidentally quit the program and cut off current downloads.

Basically, I was downloading a game from Game Agent and I accidentally quit Firefox. This stopped the download and I was not allowed to resume it, forcing me to spend $30 to buy the same game AGAIN to get a new download file. Is there a way to add a warning box to Firefox that says something like: "Are you sure you want to quit Firefox? Files are downloading" when I try to quit?

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

I bought a season and while it was downloading my computer freezed... help!

I bought a tv series and while it just started to download the first 3 episodes my computer freezed. I manually turned off my computer then when i opened itunes again there was nothing in the tv shows or movies and there was nothing in my purchased folder. I spend 27 dollars on the series and now i dont know how I can watch any of the episodes. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I tried going to the series in the itunes store and I thought maybe i could just redownload them through there but it wants me to purchase them again.

Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for purchases" command and run that. You may find the episodes there to be downloaded.
If not, contact the iTunes Store using the form linked from the bottom of the Download FAQ web page and explain the problem to them.

I was installing facebook and went on aim while it was downloading and it froze and i turned it off and now when i try to turn it on all i get is the apple then it has the plug into itunes picture. 8gb, 4g, 9months old

Hi. Today I was reinstalling the facebook app. While the app was loading I went on the AIM app. My Ipod, once on the AIM app, froze. I held the sleep/wake button for several seconds and it still did not lock or turn off. I then held the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time for several seconds, and it finally did turn off. I waited about a minute and when I held in the power button for several seconds and all I got was the apple screen and then it had the picture that said plug into itunes. I plugged it in my computer and itunes opened. My Ipod still had the picture that said plug into itunes. Im very upset about this. I have an 8gb, 4g, 9 month old Ipod touch. No problems with it until now. My warranty expires in February of 2011. Is there anything I can do at home to fix this? I did go on the common problems page and tried it and my Ipod still did not work. I have an apple store about an hour away from me. Is it nessasary to go to the store? Anything I can do at home? I appreciate your time and answers.

That happened to my brother earlier. He went into Facebooand then into another app and the same thing happened. he ended up having to restore it. Mine stayed with the Apple logo for a bit but its back to normal after pressing the buttons a million times. I hope you get your problem sorted. Goodluck!

Itunes says my purchase was downloaded but can't find it anywhere

I purchased a song yesterday and according to itunes it successfully downloaded. Itunes credited me and I tried again. Same problem. I searched my computer and the song was not found. I reported it to itunes. I also have had problems with my laptop freezing during upload of a CD and during download. I am using the most recent version of itunes and that is when it all started. They let me do it once and I had the same problem. I tried uploading a Beatles CD and after a few songs it froze. It seems like the download doesn't complete but they say it has. If so why can't I find it anywhere on my computer?

Go to the little magnifying glass at the upper right of your screen, click and type in Pages. It will likely show up under top hit, and also under applications. Click on it. When Pages is running the icon will appear in your doc again. Control-click on the icon, choose options from the pop-up menu and choose Keep in Dock.
Now your Pages icon should be permanently back in the dock for you.

Delete the tracks from the iTunes library, allowing iTunes to move the track files to the Trash. Then download the tracks again from the iTunes Store via this procedure:

try to do this put in Restore mode press sleep + home for 15 secs and plug on your pc or mac and this must load itunes and then itunes must launch a message that the "ipod is in restore mode " you press restore button
