Itunes closes whenever i press a key

Itunes 8.2 works fine, except... whenever i press a key on my keyboard anywhere, not just while in a text box, the entire program just closes. and yes. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing the file. i don't know what to do. it's so frustrating pressing any key while itunes is open automatically closes it. i even tried toggling the one key navigation.

I have recently updated my windows from xp to 7 and installed the latest version of adobe reader. Then I encountered a problem, after some time using my PC, Adobe Reader would close whenever I touched any key in my keyboard, but not on my mouse, so I could only view pdf files by moving around using the mouse, and loss funcionalities like searching for a word in the document, or saving it with a different name. The only way to solve this problem was to restart my PC, and then everything would be allright for a while, then the problem happened again. I uninstalled and installed Adobe again, however this problem persists, so I'm seeking help here.

Itunes launches when I press Tab Key

Anyone got any ideas on this one? Whenever I use the Tab key in MS Word it launches iTunes. If I’m trying to create tables or list items in Word it becomes a nightmare and takes forever.
Even if I’m online filling in a form and press Tab to enter the next box, it launches iTunes

ITunes closes whenever I add videos

whenever I add a new video to my library, I get a dialogue box that says 'iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'
Is it the file that I'm adding, or is it iTunes? Or are both fine, and it's my computer that's screwed up?
*every file I add makes that dialogue box appear.
I have reinstalled iTunes a number of times, and nothing helps.

I suspect it's the video file....can you play it in QuickTime? iTunes uses QT to play audio and video.

Reader X closes automatically when pressing any key

Hi everyone, I updated the Reader yesterday and now the following occurs:
I may adjust the toolbars, make snapshots, print, etc. - but whenever I am hitting the keyboard, either when trying to enter a comment or when choosing side numbers in the printer menu, the program closes automatically without further comment, error message, etc. It may be opened again without any problems, but I cannot find a solution to the keyboard problem. I am using Windows XP, SP 3.

I was having this issue today on a co-worker's machine.
However I found a solution thanks to brian.hart.
Go into your registry editor (Run >> regedit)
Go to Hive [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat reader\10.0\FeatureLockDown]
Right click >> go to New >> DWORD
Give it the name "bProtectedMode"
Hit okay. Close Regedit. Win.
You may have to restart the computer. I didn't have to though.

There is an issue with Photoshop specifically related to recent updates in which causes the licensing to revert to trial after a certain number of launches (typically 2-3).
The current workarounds are to either:
- Sign in with your Adobe ID again every few launches
- Uninstall Photoshop CS6 and then reinstall it but don't install any of the updates
The issue with the updates is planned to be fixed in the coming weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Whenever i press backspace, it does the same the same thing as if i press 'ctrl + shift + i', and again the same thing as if i press 'toggle tools' from the web developer option under tools from the menu at the top of firefox. I'm not a developer, i don't need this console thingy, and wouldn't mind getting rid of it. I didn't install it on purpose, and i have no idea what made this start happening recently. It's getting INCREDIBLY annoying.

Never saw this problem until today, first on Facebook, then on these Mozilla support pages. I had one Firefox window with multiple FB and Mozilla tabs open.
Here's my observations: On the FB and Mozilla pages, the cursor (arrow/hand) acted identical and as described here, would disappear after 2-3 seconds of inactivity or non-motion, then instantly reappear with mouse movement or key strike but only momentarily if no further motion/action occurred. Interestingly, I also had one FoxNews tab (actually FoxNewsInsider) open, and observed slightly different activity. The Cursor/hand would disappear as described above, but instead of staying invisible, it flashed on /off for what appeared to be <1 second on then <1 second off, until mouse movement or key strike. Now, here's the really interesting part ... When I opened a second FoxNewsInsider tab, the problem corrected itself with no direct action on my part to resolve the issue. I was going to close all tabs, then Firefox and perform the system reboot to correct this annoyance ... but, still have not seen the problem.
Okay, I'm not going to say viewing FoxNewsInsider webpages not only provides one perspective on news, and the added benefit of fixing cursor/hand problems .. but maybe there's some to being well informed ... Sorry folks, couldn't resist ... :) I will be watching for the disappearing cursor issue again, and will reply here with any updates or changes in my observations.

Yesterday my macbook pro was working fine and i left it before sleeping working and it's go into slepping mode after battery discharged.
today morning i turned it on and i got this message after many times of automatic restart :

i have searched for the problem and the way to solve it i found many articles and helpful solutions but never changed !
and that's what's happened exactly:
1. I booted into safe mode for only one time and i can't boot again and i don't know why?
2. After botting in safe mode i deleted all non-app store apps and, then restart
3. Still rebooting and the message appear.
4. reseting PRAM
5. Repairing and verifying permissions and disk. = some errors in itunes/resources/.... serval times of repairing and nothing effect on errors.
6. Hardware test = no troubles found.
7. Reinstall OS X mountain lion = i got a message that my apple id is not purchased mountain lion because i bought my mac earlier 2012 with leopard and i have upgraded may be from another Apple id i can't remember.
No backups to restore, and i have a wealth of my work databases i can't return it back

How to repair "No bootable device insert disk and press any key" problem?

I was browsing sites using Google Chrome when all of a sudden, my laptop completely turned off. I turned the power back on only to find the error message "Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 082)" appear in white letters, followed by a bunch of other error messages, ending with, "No bootable device insert disk and press any key". Whenever I try restarting my laptop, the same error messages show up.
I've been reading about Toshiba laptops, to try to remedy this issue, and I've learned that as of 2007, Toshiba discontinued the recovery disks that had always accompanied the laptops, and instead, allow you to totally restore your computer without the help of a disk. (The model of my laptop is Satellite L300D - 01P).
Now, apparently to restore a Toshiba laptop, you're supposed to press the '0' key while also pressing the power button, but when I do this, there is a beeping noise (which is apparently supposed to happen), but the error messages (ending with "No bootable device insert disk and press any key") still show up. Other than the affirmative beeping noise, no changes occur.
Anyone had this problem or have any suggestions of how to fix it?

Have you also learned that you SHOULD create recovery DVD using preinstalled Toshiba recovery disc creator tool? When something goes wrong with HDD you can use this disc for operating system installation. This is clearly described in Users manuals document.
Back to your problem:
I don't know for sure but Im afraid you have some problem with HDD controller or HDD itself.
Is HDD recognized in BIOS settings (F2 at start up)?

Hi,
The keyboard event 'Enter' does not have a default sy-ucomm or a Function code associated with it.
So, whenever you press Enter, it triggers the PAI (sy-ucomm would be blank) and somewhere in your code the value is being refreshed. You can debug thoroughly to find where the problem is.
You can assign a Function code for Enter. Go to the GUI Status of the Screen -> Function Keys -> You will find a icon Enter (the one with the tick mark in a green circular background) -> Assign Function code like 'ENTER'.
Now in your PAI, restrict your code saying
if sy-ucomm = 'ENTER'.
