ITunes Cloud problem-previous purchases not showing on 1 auth comp.

I am running iTunes on an HP Pavilion under Windows 7.  iTunes version 10.4.  iTunes store works fine except that when I try to call up my previous purchases (per the cloud) nothing shows up.  This works on another authorized PC I use and on my iPad2.  Any ideas what could be going on?

I've got the same problem too, sometimes (and now) my purchases don't show under my "All" tab.
Its frustrating when you're trying to verify that any apps you redeemed have been registered.
By the way, rebooting doesn't work. I tried.

    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

    Is there any information about why in Germany it is not possible to '(re-)download previously purchased TV Shows? It is a pain to pay for something and then not be able to download it again in case of loosing the Hard Disk Data on my Pc.

    I'm having the same problem.  I purchased a SD season pass for a show and when I tried to download the newest episode I couldn't access the SD version.  When I click on the SD button nothing happens.  The only option it gives me is to download the HD version which means I would have to repurchase the episode.  I haven't had any response from Itunes support.  It hasn't been a problem in previous weeks.

    The iTunes Store went DRM free for music back in 2009 but the other content such as movies, TV shows, audiobooks and iBooks still contain it as required by the rights holders. This limits you to playing the content on a computer or device with the necessary software to decode the DRM. It should be possible to connect your large display to your laptop's audio and video outputs if you want to make use of the larger display, or you could purchase an Apple TV unit.

    I am trying to re-download a previously purchased TV show.  I do not have that TV show on my computer anywhere - I did a complete search for it. However, itunes is saying it's already on my computer. How can I re-download?

    To download previously purchased items from the iTunes Store, please follow the directions outlined below.
    iTunes Store
    Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
    Click Purchased in the Quick Links section.
    Select the content type that you want to download (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
    Select Not in My Library to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
    Find the item that you want to download. You can browse using the menu to the left. If you have more than 2,000 songs, you'll see Recent Purchases instead of All Songs or Albums.
    Click the Download  icon next to the item you want to download.
    If an item is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.

    When I open iTunes my iPhone 4S will not show up as a device. I have tried the advice provided by Apple. I have gone through the iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant. That gave no solutions. I have tried the other solutions offered by Apple. I think that I have possibly identified the problem. As far as I know the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is not installed on my computer. I have tried to install it but when I do I receive an error message. I repeat the entire error message in the following paragraph. The message appears in a dialogue box with the name: "Update Driver Software - iPhone".
    "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device. Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it. Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. Access is denied. If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver software."
    I cannot find a solution to this problem on Apple's website. How can I get this driver installed?

    I made a purchase and the parcel was shipped to me by UPS. I got confirmation that it is delivered to some dock in KY. I called the seller and they said it was shipped to eBay's secondary shipping area and it will be forwarded on to me (in Canada)... and I will get confirmation from eBay. They said to check my Purchase History in my eBay account and it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier. I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase. How do I contact someone from eBay to resolve this? Anybody else have a problem with things not showing up in their Purchase History?

The US seller is using the Global Shipping Program.She ships to Kentucky where the GSP/Pitney Bowes has a central processing plant.Her responsibility is now ended.it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier.Well sorta.PB/GSP does track all the parcels it is handling,but they are lax about letting the buyer know where the parcel is.This is NOT important.Emotionally it is upsetting, but all is normal.Your item has been processed for Canadian duty and sales tax in Kentucky.It was put on a truck with thousands of other eBay parcels going to Canada.(Other parcels sent to KY, were sorted and are now in containers on their way to Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Australia.)Once it crosses the border-- no customs delay because that was dealt with in KY-- it will be transferred to a Canadian carrier, usually Canada Post and sometimes CanPar.It will be delivered to your doorstep by the Canadian carrier. This will take upwards of 20 days from the day your payment cleared.If it takes longer, do NOT phone eBay, instead go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Recieved dispute.But this is very unlikely to be necessary because everything is underway as it should be.  I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase.This is the one statement that puzzles me.Go to your Paypal account.   • I connect my iPad to my PC and open iTunes, but the iPad does not show up in sidebar.  I want to sync. How do I do it?

    I have my PC on, then plug in my iPad (which is on) and open iTunes.  The iPad does not show up in the sidebar.  How do you get it to show up so that I can select the iPad and then configure the sync settings in each of the settings panes....hoping that these actually show up.
    In the manual it says "log in to your computer user account before connecting iPad".  I am the only user of this PC...does this mean some other user account.  I am confused.  I need "baby steps" to tell me how to do all this....very senior and just learning about this wonderful machine. I will very much appreciate your help.

    If you are the only user on your computer you probably don't have multiple user accounts set up and can disregard that.  If you are using iTunes 11 go to View>Show Sidebar.  Now see if your iPad appears under Devices on the left side when you connect it.  If it does, click on the name of your iPad on the left side and your iTunes sync settings options will appear in folders with tabbed headings to the right.
    If it doesn't appear on the left side, follow the troubleshooting steps shown in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538.

    Missing "message" from above: The iPad "DGMTR" is synced with another iTunes library on DGMTR's MacBook Pro. Do you want to erase this iPad and sync with this iTunes library? An iPad can be synched with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iTunes library.
    I thought the libraries were the same.

    In iTunes go to general preferences and check the boxes for those you wish to see in the library.
