ITunes connect error problems

It seems a lot of people are having trouble with downloading ITunes Producer and getting an error message that says Itunes connect isn't authorized or something like that.  Some people outside the USA need to call support because the problem could be just the lack of State or phone info.  People in the US might just need to set it up by clicking on the "Get Started" link on the left side of that same page where the error message is.  It will bring you to a page where you can select either media, apps, or books to "learn more" - and that's where you start setting it up!  It takes a day to get it recognized by the system, but then you're all set.

I have the same problem with Windows 7 64bit. ITune can see AE and stream Music well. Airfoil, TuneBlade (airplay soft) can also see AE but can't connect and stream music. I ' ve already tried to setup firewall Exception list, even turning off firewall off both windows and antivirus but still got the same problem with the message 'Airfoil was unable to connect to the remote speaker " ... 's Airport Express". Please check the firewall on the computer where " ...'s Airport Express" is running and try again'. Any help would be appreciated !.

  • ITunes Connect Logon Problems

Can anyone help me gain access to iTunes Connect. I paid $99 to join the iPhone developer program and have been trying to submit to the App Store for several months now.
When I go to logon to iTunes Connect it says "Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect"
I did the Forgot Password button and it allowed me to reset my password. But still it won't allow me to logon.
Someone please help I've made several calls to Apple and sent many emails but nothing has helped. Should I be able to connect to this as part of my developer program?

I have the same problem, I'm getting this error message on my MacBook (Safari 3.1.2) but I can sign in on my Mac mini (Safari 4).

We looked into the info.plist file which you had shared but there appears to be no issue with the same.
If possible, could you please PM the packaged IPA file, all 3 ANEs which you have used in your project to help us investigate the issue further?

  • ITunes Connect approval problem

Our app was returned because of a bug. The Resolution Center report noted that the "activity indicator spins indefinitely purchasing a subscription."
I cannot reproduce the bug when using the test version generated by DPS - even the version submitted thru iTunes to test the app. We are trying to submit a multi-folio, free subscription thru iTunes/News stand.
I've used DPS throughout the entire process, but can't seem to clear this last step with Apple.
Has anyone had experience with this problem or can you offer some possible solutions? I am an art director, not a developer, so my coding skills are minimal. Its the main reason we deided to go with DPS.

Hi Bob, I copied the shared secret from iTunes connect to the account admin tool and submitted the free subscription's in-app purchase for Apple to approve.
I was able to test the app and the downloaded folio in the development app just fine.
The only thing I could find on the Apple developer site that looked like it could possibly be related (although I don't know that it is) is a problem with case sensitivity in file names. See attached FAQ page from Apple. This is only a guess. Quite frankly I'm stuck..

  • ITunes Connect localization problem

I am a Japanese developer and I set the primary language Japanese when I created an account at iTunes Connect. Then I uploaded my app and materials in both Japanese and English.
A few days after my app was released, I opened App Store in several countries and I was surprised to learn all materials used in UK, Germany, and other countries were in Japanese! My app had received worst rate in these countries as the reviewer didn't like the materials written in the language they didn't read.
Later, I learned I need to upload something for all localizations listed in iTunes Connect. But as I don't understand other languages except Japanese and English, I uploaded the same English materials 8 times for each localization.
But this is ridiculous. Japanese language is used ONLY in Japan. It doesn't make any sense using it for the other 8 localizations. What I am afraid is if other localizations are added to iTunes Connect, Japanese language will be used again for them and unless I am aware of the new additions, my app will receive worst rate for this ridiculous reason.
I strongly suggest all developers whose primary language is not English to check if localization is done correctly. And I would like Apple to be sure that not all developers' primary language is English.

Thanks for the note Chataka. We have been looking at what languages other than English we should be developing for. I'll be sure to use your 'hard' learning when we make the jump to internationalization.
If you can't get it sorted out, I recommend you hunt down the iphone dev. support phone number and see if you can get guidance directly from Apple.

  • Itunes Connection Error After Virus

I've been using Itunes Store on Windows 2000 for over a year now, no problem. But, I recently got a virus and trojan horse on my computer, and had to install Windows XP in order to get a trial of Windows OneCare to remove it. Now my computer is "better," but when I brought up Itunes and tried to access the Itunes store, and error message popped up, something like error -3212 and said Itunes Store could not be connected to. It's been like this for a while. Also, when I connected my Ipod, it removed all of the songs that I purchased from Itunes, saying I needed the authorization to get them, and when I try to authorize them, I need to connect to the Itunes store with my email and password, and the same error message pops up. My internet connection if fine. I currently do not have Norton Antivirus, so I do not understand what's wrong. HELP PLEASE!

Alright.... interesting. I Googled your error message and found some other discussion forms (not Apple's) referencing Norton Internet Security and Norton's Firewall. Try disabling Norton (if you have it) or enabling iTunes traffic in the Norton firewall (if you have it). If you're not sure how to do this, consult your Help menu in Norton, or check their website, www.symantec.com. All the same, I would also temporarily disable any other security software you may be running, as well as check your Windows firewall to ensure iTunes is enabled.

  • ITunes Connection Error - 0xE8000003

    Hello All,
When I try to connect to iTunes (Windows) an error box pops up stating that:
"iTunes could not connect to this iPod because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000003)"
My iPod is still visible in My Computer so obviously the iPod is being recognised by the computer but not iTunes? I have tried several other music managing programs to test if the problem is only with iTunes but it seems to be across all programs and now I'm back to using iTunes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

  • IPHONE Itunes connect revolving problem

    Dear Engineers,
I value my time as the next Joe, but this is ridiculous! I am irritated.  You create a product which was interpreted as being the best, and now that Steve Jobs is not around, your quality is lackluster, and rudimentary in nature when it comes to the simple task of connecting my Iphone 5s to the computer, when trying to connect to Itunes. The resulting end note is hours of precious time wasted. I use my cell for business. For the past 3 hours now I have been trying to connect to Itunes all while the screen that I see is a red button with itunes logo, and connector, staring me square in the face, mocking my intelligence. I have read every thread that relates to this scenario. This situation has happened for all my Iphones:
    Iphone 4, Iphone 4s, Iphone 5s.
After downloading 7.1.2, 8.x, 8.02. Restart computer each time and phone.
Iphone will reboot after 15 minutes and show same screen.
My computer is always up to date
My computer is trusted by both iphone and itunes.
    Reboot scenarios
Turn off phone: Turn on Itunes: hold down HOME button: connect phone:        NOT FIXED
Update Itunes: follow same scenario as above:                                             NOT FIXED
Download Tiny Umbrella: Connect Iphone: Run Program(3rd party program)     NOT FIXED
Hard reboot on iphone                                                                                   NOT FIXED
Every 15 minutes the phone reboots                                                              NOT FIXED
I am now going to the Verizon store to see if they can work out the bugs. Was this your intention?
If anyone knows of something other than the scenarios above please list, that is of course getting another phone.

  • ITunes Connect submission problem

Despite being supervised by our Adobe DPS Pro contractor, here is what we have.
    Please help

We have recreated everything and now it works.
The problem is that the distribution certificate, maybe last night, was declared invalid by Apple despite the fact that its first status was Active.
    We didn't touch anything.
Now the (Folio)app has been posted and we are waiting for approval.

  • Nokia N95 connection error

    Hi Guys,
I would appreciate, if someone could help me with Nokia N95’s connection error problem. I have my Nokia n95 from orange. From last two weeks every time I try to make a call, I get an error saying ‘Connection error’. I tried upgrading my phone’s firmware from version 10 to version 11 but in vain.
I tried talking to Orange support staff but they turned out to be clueless.
    cheers...

I've had this randomly on my phone on O2 before. I didn't get it from O2 though.
I've read somewhere in the past this is a common occurrence with all symbian or n-series phones.
But i've been in the middle of a call on my N73 and it fades out and then flashes up "Connection Error" and my mate has had this quite frequently on his Orange N80.
    Hope this helps.
