ITunes Connect error

When I try to apply for iTunes Connect for Apps distribution, it takes me to the iTunes connect login page. I try to login but it gives me an error: "Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect." Can you please help me?

Since this is a developer tool issue, I will ask our Hosts to move it that forum. Meanwhile, https://developer.apple.com/support/appstore/itunes-connect/ - ÇÇÇ

We looked into the info.plist file which you had shared but there appears to be no issue with the same.
If possible, could you please PM the packaged IPA file, all 3 ANEs which you have used in your project to help us investigate the issue further?

  • ITunes connect error problems

It seems a lot of people are having trouble with downloading ITunes Producer and getting an error message that says Itunes connect isn't authorized or something like that.  Some people outside the USA need to call support because the problem could be just the lack of State or phone info.  People in the US might just need to set it up by clicking on the "Get Started" link on the left side of that same page where the error message is.  It will bring you to a page where you can select either media, apps, or books to "learn more" - and that's where you start setting it up!  It takes a day to get it recognized by the system, but then you're all set.

I have the same problem with Windows 7 64bit. ITune can see AE and stream Music well. Airfoil, TuneBlade (airplay soft) can also see AE but can't connect and stream music. I ' ve already tried to setup firewall Exception list, even turning off firewall off both windows and antivirus but still got the same problem with the message 'Airfoil was unable to connect to the remote speaker " ... 's Airport Express". Please check the firewall on the computer where " ...'s Airport Express" is running and try again'. Any help would be appreciated !.

  • Itunes Connection Error After Virus

I've been using Itunes Store on Windows 2000 for over a year now, no problem. But, I recently got a virus and trojan horse on my computer, and had to install Windows XP in order to get a trial of Windows OneCare to remove it. Now my computer is "better," but when I brought up Itunes and tried to access the Itunes store, and error message popped up, something like error -3212 and said Itunes Store could not be connected to. It's been like this for a while. Also, when I connected my Ipod, it removed all of the songs that I purchased from Itunes, saying I needed the authorization to get them, and when I try to authorize them, I need to connect to the Itunes store with my email and password, and the same error message pops up. My internet connection if fine. I currently do not have Norton Antivirus, so I do not understand what's wrong. HELP PLEASE!

Alright.... interesting. I Googled your error message and found some other discussion forms (not Apple's) referencing Norton Internet Security and Norton's Firewall. Try disabling Norton (if you have it) or enabling iTunes traffic in the Norton firewall (if you have it). If you're not sure how to do this, consult your Help menu in Norton, or check their website, www.symantec.com. All the same, I would also temporarily disable any other security software you may be running, as well as check your Windows firewall to ensure iTunes is enabled.

  • ITunes Connection Error - 0xE8000003

    Hello All,
When I try to connect to iTunes (Windows) an error box pops up stating that:
"iTunes could not connect to this iPod because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000003)"
My iPod is still visible in My Computer so obviously the iPod is being recognised by the computer but not iTunes? I have tried several other music managing programs to test if the problem is only with iTunes but it seems to be across all programs and now I'm back to using iTunes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

    Hi evanVIT,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that issues like the one you are experiencing can be very frustrating. For this situation however, for update errors in the range of 3000-3020, I would recommend the troubleshooting steps located in the attached article. Please use the steps and information as a reference.
Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:
    http://www.adwaremedic.com/kb/baddns.php
    http://www.adwaremedic.com/kb/hackedrouter.php
If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

  • IPhone 3G 2.1 connection error with iTunes 8 on Windows Vista Enterprise

I was previously able to connect my iphone with my work computer (Windows Vista Enterprise) and it would recognize my phone. However, since I updated my iphone to version 2.1, it will not recognize the phone and gives me the following error message:
"iTunes could not connect to the iphone because an unknown error occured (0xE8000024)."
I am able to connect my phone with version 2.1 to my home computer running Windows XP SP2.
Any idea what may be causing the connection error in Windows Vista?

    Hey TranceCadet,
This could be caused by a USB connection issue.
Make sure the iPhone is directly connected to a high speed USB port on the PC and not plugged into a hub, monitor, or keyboard. Disconnect any other USB devices, other than the keyboard and mouse.
This article has some general USB troubleshooting tips: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1286
You may also want to disable or reconfigure any security software. This article will walk you through putting the PC in a selective startup mode, which will bypass most application conflicts.

Take a look at iTunes for Windows: "Error 7" message when opening iTunes. Perhaps your .NET Framework needs a repair.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
