ITunes Connect login issues.

     I recently enrolled in the iOS Developer program. I did this so I could start designing apps, however iTunes Connect says my account doesn't have permission to enter. I'm trying to learn how to intergrate Game Center into my apps, but I need to log in to iTunes Connect to complete the tutorials I'm currently doing. I purchased the license yesterday, and I figured it might have been saying this because Apple had to approve my registration. I feel like that shouldn't take this long though. Now I'm wondering if I purchased the correct software to access iTunes Connect, or if I messed something up while registering. If anyone could assist me, it would be greatly appreciated:)

    I'll make sure it gets routed correct.  You need to include in it the exact email address tied to your iTunes Connect login.  For example, something like [email protected]

    Application Loader, unless there's another one I'm not familiar with, is part of the iOS SDK. That have usurped the .zip, or you may have removed that application but your Mac is still holding onto the mapping of Zip files to that application. Select a .zip file in Finder, Get Info, and go to the Open with section. Select Archive Utility and click Change All. That should fix the problem.

  • ITunes Connect login failures?

    Are any other teams having this issue? We have a "Standard Corporate" iPhone dev setup and while we can generate appropriate certs and distribution profiles, when our team agent (and why is it only one) goes to the iTunes Connect site it informs them that the Apple ID is not authorized to login to iTunes Connect. We are stalled getting our app to the store until this is resolved. We can't download application loader yet ... Just looking to see if this is a one off problem for us, or if other teams have similar issues. Ways to resolve it are appreciated if you've had this problem and had it fixed.

    Basically, try any and all of the solutions mentioned, and wait, and wait, and wait, and eventually, hopefully one of them will work for you. I'm still not in yet. Been waiting for 3 weeks now, but I have had some contact with a real person a couple of times. I'm assured that they're working on it.

  • ITunes Connect login - Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.

    Hi,
    I have a company iPhone developer account which I registered two years ago.  I have renewed it and it has not expired.  I am the agent and I know the Apple ID and password as I login to the dev portal fine.  I am now trying to publish my first app under this account but I get this message when trying to log into iTunesConnect Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.
    My account seems to be in some strange state as I invited another developer to my team (my hotmail email account) and then tried to make that user the Agent but that didn't even work, my new user shows up in the list of developers/team members, but I cannot select them in the dropdown to make them the agent, only my current agent name shows.
    Is this a hand off to Apple support situation?  I am up against a hard deadline and fear this is going to add significant delays waiting for Apple support to look into it (I've seen some other posts of people waiting 3 weeks with this problem and getting nowhere with support).

    I only had the one login before.  Yesterday to try to solve it I invited my hotmail account as a developer to the team.  I then tried to make that developer the agent, but even though it shows in the team members, I cannot select the account to be the agent as its not in the dropdown list.
    I am on OS X 10.7.3, using Safari.  The dev account did not expire, I renewed it in April 2012 so there is plenty of time left on it.  I am really stuck, this is so frustrating.

    I subscribed to the ios app developer program yesterday. I have an app (.ipa) to deploy on the app store. They said I need to use Application Loader on Itunes Connect. The problem is that I didn't succeed to connect on Itunes connect, the message is "Your Apple ID is not enabled for iTunes Connect. Learn more"

  • Panasonic gt50 viera connect login issues

    I try to bring up Skype on my tv and it starts but as soon as the contacts etc. screen pops up I get booted back to the main viera a menu. I don't know how to to delete and reinstall the app and can't even bring up a screen to change login accounts.  Any ideas?

    First  you probably could try and go back to DHCP having the Actiontec assign the address.  Note for my Samsung's, they sometime become hung up trying to use a previously assigned address after the lease has expired.  I break them of it by assigning an address, and then going back to automatic address assignment.

    WPA2 is by far the preferred security.  WPA/WPA2 is next preferred. WPA with tkip is breakable with some effort. WEP is down right broken security.
    To change to a static address such as 192.168.1.200,
    1)  login to your router from a browser specifying using URL address http://192.168.1.1  The default id and password if you didn't change them should be id "admin" and password the serial number of your router.  If reset the password is "password" and asks you to select a new admin id and password.  In the past the installers used to set the password to "password1", but should be setting to the serial number.  Note id and password are case sensitive. 
    2) Click network
    3) click network connections
    4) click network home/office
    5) click settings
    6) down towards the bottom of the page is start IP 192.168.1.2  and end IP 192.168.1.254.  Change the end IP to 192.168.1.199.  That makes 192.168.1.200 to 192.168.1.254 address available for you to assign statically.  APPLY.

    even though my account says i am logged in, the account sign in box repeatedly keeps popping up after i enter the password. i've logged out and logged back in and still get the same problem which is preventing me from buying tunes, etc. this doesn't happen when i am on a guest computer...only my home one and it's driving me mad.

    It is fair to say. Everything is in its default location in iPhoto. I think I've had this problem way in the past before there was an upgrade in iTunes. Once the update came out, I believe for 10.5.7, I didn't have the problem anymore. I think since I had updated to 10.5.8 I've had this issue.

    Look on one of your bank statements and be sure to enter the billing address exactly as it shows on the statement. Some folks forget where they actually get the statement. They put their home address in iTunes/Mac App Store and they actually get the statement at their place of employment or vice versa.

    I understand that issues like the one you are experiencing can be very frustrating. For this situation however, for update errors in the range of 3000-3020, I would recommend the troubleshooting steps located in the attached article. Please use the steps and information as a reference.

    As note already on the iBA forum [ AppleID for ibooks publishing ], you need two IDs. You can't use your developer ID.
    If you already signed up for books with that ID, you need to talk to Apple to straighten things out.

    A nameless iBooks editor replied back, reuesting that I submit a digiral copy of my ePub document to iTunes Connect.
    The first time, I got past the login stage, but I was told that my title and ISBN had already been submitted and I was kicked,  the second through sixteenth time that I attempted to login, the system reported "Apple ID does not have permission to access this site"
    Can someone please tell me how to manuver around this roadblock?

    The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
    1. Open Safari
    2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
    3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work.
