ITunes Connect Mobile Error 206

I want to log in on the iTunes Connect Mobile app, but if I try to log in, there comes a prompt with an error which says:
Authentication Error
No data found for your request (206)
What can I do?

I had the same problem, you have solved it?

I just got an email from apple, that I can access iTunes Connect. I've already downloaded the iTunes Connect Mobile app but I'm not able to logg in with my Apple ID, although it just works fine when going to itunesconnect.apple.com. What could be the problem?

You may need to wait just a bit longer for your new account's information to migrate across the backend.
iTC Mobile can be a bit testy at times

  • Itunes connect mobile issue

    Hello,
I recently signed up for iTunes connect on my mac book. All the process went smoothly, than I downloaded the itunes connect mobile and upon entering my account info the mobile app does not recognised it. Can one of you help me out with this issue? I do not understand the reason of this...
    Thanks in advance, best thoughts

Please file an iTunes Connect Mobile bug report at this url:
    http://bugreporter.apple.com
I'll make sure it gets routed correct.  You need to include in it the exact email address tied to your iTunes Connect login.  For example, something like [email protected]

  • Itunes Connection Timeout Error...again!!!

Hi everyone, this is my second post, (first was in response to a similar post) I am still having the same trouble as half the planet. Everything was fine, been an itunes user for ages THEN all of a sudden 'We could not complete your iTunes store request . The network connection timed out. PMake sure your networking settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again'. Yet the my network connection is fine hence my ability to post on here. This was my diagnostic test results. Nothing on this forum seems to work. The only thing I have found (don't know if this will help anyone else) is multiple clicks i.e. 1...2...3...4 on the same button and what I want starts to load.

I have tried emailing support and pointing them in this direction, i.e. come and see how many of your users are having this problem!

Has anyone got this error, or know how to fix it? When looking at the Contact area there really isn't any email there that is specific to my problem. I have an App 'Pending Contract' and really want to get this taken care of ASAP.

I don't have an answer for you but please don't post your personal details in a public forum!

  • Anyone else notice the Connect Mobile app is no longer on ITunes?

Folks, this is odd: the Connect Mobile App is no longer on itunes. The link that used to take you there (http://itunes.apple.com/si/app/adobe-connect-mobile/id338279127) now causes an error to popup in itunes:
Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the US store.
Yet I had visited the link just last week I thought (I share it with people often). And I know I just got an itunes update to the app (1.0.4) on my phone just in the past couple of days.
    Anyone know what's up?

The Adobe Connect Mobile application was temporarily unavailable from iTunes around Dec 7-10, 2010 but you can now download its latest update (1.0.5 - posted Dec. 13, 2010).

    Hi evanVIT,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that issues like the one you are experiencing can be very frustrating. For this situation however, for update errors in the range of 3000-3020, I would recommend the troubleshooting steps located in the attached article. Please use the steps and information as a reference.
Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

  • Itunes Connection Error After Virus

I've been using Itunes Store on Windows 2000 for over a year now, no problem. But, I recently got a virus and trojan horse on my computer, and had to install Windows XP in order to get a trial of Windows OneCare to remove it. Now my computer is "better," but when I brought up Itunes and tried to access the Itunes store, and error message popped up, something like error -3212 and said Itunes Store could not be connected to. It's been like this for a while. Also, when I connected my Ipod, it removed all of the songs that I purchased from Itunes, saying I needed the authorization to get them, and when I try to authorize them, I need to connect to the Itunes store with my email and password, and the same error message pops up. My internet connection if fine. I currently do not have Norton Antivirus, so I do not understand what's wrong. HELP PLEASE!

Alright.... interesting. I Googled your error message and found some other discussion forms (not Apple's) referencing Norton Internet Security and Norton's Firewall. Try disabling Norton (if you have it) or enabling iTunes traffic in the Norton firewall (if you have it). If you're not sure how to do this, consult your Help menu in Norton, or check their website, www.symantec.com. All the same, I would also temporarily disable any other security software you may be running, as well as check your Windows firewall to ensure iTunes is enabled.

  • ITunes Connection Error - 0xE8000003

    Hello All,
When I try to connect to iTunes (Windows) an error box pops up stating that:
"iTunes could not connect to this iPod because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000003)"
My iPod is still visible in My Computer so obviously the iPod is being recognised by the computer but not iTunes? I have tried several other music managing programs to test if the problem is only with iTunes but it seems to be across all programs and now I'm back to using iTunes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

  • After updating to latest version of itunes i get error -3212 when trying to connect to itunes store, says not connected to internet.  But internet status is ok and can use browser

just updated to the latest version of itunes for windows.  i can't stream any of my radio stations and when i try to connect to the itunes store i get an error -3212 message saying i'm not connect to the internet, yet my browser works and my wireless status is ok.

I also had this issue when one day itunes stopped working for me on windows 8...
the error message I received first was: C:Programme files\common files\Apple\Apple Push service.dll is either not designed to run on windows or contains an error.
followed by: ITunes not installed Error 7 (Windows error 193)
Your response addressed how to fix this issue with earlier windows operating systems, but not for windows 8, so what ended up working for me was your advice applied a little differently. For anyone running windows 8 needing to know how to resolve this issue by repairing the Apple Application Support program, try following these simple steps - what a relief it was to have itunes working again after applying b noir's answer to the windows 8 operating system!
    1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Control Panel.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Control Panel.)
    2. Click the Programs and Features icon.
    3. In the list of programs and features, find the Apple Application Support feature and click to select it.
    4.  In the gray title bar above it, click Repair.
    5. Approve the window prompts that follow until the repair has been completed.
    6. Relaunch iTunes.
Hope this helps & good luck!

The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
    1. Open Safari
    2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
    3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work.
