ITunes Connect - New Application Company Name common or unique for each a

We have our first couple of applications ready to go. But I am a little confused with the iTunes connect meaning of 'Company Name' - when adding an application.
We are developing audio / spoken word applications for several companies and wanted to show each application in the store as the application title and the authors name as the company name.
Does anyone know if the company name you enter the first time in iTunes connect is common for all applications you submit - or can it be different for each application?

It is common for all apps that you submit. You don't get the option of inputting a different one when you create others.
You *can not* change this (or at least not without calling support, but even that hasn't worked yet).

You can sync as many devices as you want to the same iTunes account, there is no limit. You can have the same content on each device or different content, the choice is yours. iTunes will keep everything straight, by device, including separate backups. I'd suggest giving each device a unique name, to make things easier.

Not able to connect through Application user name in Discoverer Admin

I created an EUL with all privileges it needed. I created a business area from that EUL and shared it to Application User name through giving access privileges (from Security and Privileges). When I am trying to login through the Application User name in Discoverer Admin it is giving the error like:
Failed to connect to database - Unable to connect to Oracle Applcations database: invalid username/password.
Earlier I did in another instance it worked fine but now itself I am facing the problem.

When i go to 'New Folder' the name box only opens for a second so I dont have time to name it correctly. Rename Folder does the same thing - any thoughts??

How to connect new Macbook pro 2014 to iMac 2010 for a secondary display

I have a new Macbook Pro 2014 and an old iMac 2010. How can I connect them to have an additional secondary display? I thought I would need a thunderbolt cable with a Thunderbolt to Mini DisplayPort adapter but I can't find that. There's lots of options and I don't understand what would be best.

Thunderbolt is another way of calling it a Mini Displayport, thunderbolt is just faster and has more usage with other products (i.e. hdds, displays etc.) You can hook up a thunderbolt to a mini-display port because both are the same size and serve the same function. Just don't connect anything to the display port on the iMac other than a computer.

The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate. You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries. Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country. Why do I have duplicates in my iTunes library when I have only a single file for each song on my PC?

I have duplicates for about half of the songs in my iTunes library. I've recently upgraded to a new PC so I'm assuming that it occurred at that point.
However, when I go in to my iTunes media files I only once copy of each album or song filed. Also if I search my PC I'm only finding one copy of each of these duplicated songs.
Duplicated songs appear to play equally well and there are no exclamation marks next to them either. I tried updating and that didn't work. If I uninstall and reinstall will it delete my iTunes media files? Will I need to back these up first?
Any advice on how to get iTunes to stop displaying the duplicates would be really appreciated.

I just bought my kids Ipod Nanos - can we all use the same Itunes or do I have to load I-tunes for each Nano?

If you have multiple I-pods/Nano's does each one need their own Itunes icon? How do you handle I tunes with multiple products? I tries opening my current itunes and plugging in my kid's Nano. Itunes just says "doesn't recognize" and instructs me to unplug.

So iTunes is telling you unrecognized device or Windows telling you this? You may need to uninstall and re-install the Nano's drivers.

Correct, under "Rights and pricing" the price tier should be free. Then set the price of the folios/issues under "Manage in-app purchases"

Cannot submit AIR build using Application Loader to itunes connect ERROR ITMS-90125

I have tried AIR 1.5, 1.6, 1.7.

Below is the error when I try to submit my app to Itunes Connect using Application Loader
ERROR ITMS-90125: "The binary is invalid. The encryption info in the LC_ENCRYPTION_INFO load command is either missing or invalid, or the binary is already encrypted. This binary does not seem to have been built with Apple's linker."

Application Loader and iTunes Connect say missing embedded provisioning

Hi,
I'm trying to update an app built with Flash CC, and I'm getting an error when submitting to iTunes Connect through Application Loader:
ERROR ITMS-9000: "Missing Provision Profile - iOS Apps must contain a provisioning profile in a file named embedded.mobileprovision." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)
I'm using the latest public release of AIR SDK through Flash Pro (version 4.0.0.162).
Anyone having similar issues?

Instant Update: I unzipped the .ipa file and the embedded.mobileprovision file in there.

AIR iOS app fails uploading to Apple (iTunes Connect)

I've been trying to upload my iOS app to iTunes Connect via Application Loader but it fails every single time. I'm getting the following error(s);
'Unable to run the lipo command: ... Can't map input file ...' and 'Application failed codesign verification'
I believe the second error is due to the first, but I'm not sure. I've been looking around the web for solutions and only found this thread on here, I've tried everything said there but nothing helps.
Replacing my game with an empty FLA doesn't seem to work either.

I'm on the latter side, usually it's a codesigning issue. How did you develop your certs and did you follow the order specifically in my list in that post? Often people use old certs but create a new app ID and expect the old certs to work.
There's been other discussions about extra "files" that Flash Pro inserts into IPAs (.zips in disguise). Because Flash Pro publishes to a folder that's not built specifically for that build, people sometimes copy extra files into that path. Those files can "automatically" and accidentally be added to the IPA without the author desiring that. You should check what files are being packaged with your IPA to verify there's no extra junk.
Are you using flash CS5.5 or CS6 and what version of AIR are you overlayed to?

CCMS configuration for historical data of a new application server

Out CI & app servers are configured in CCMS before I joined the team. Around months back a new application server added but it seems for that CCMS is not capturing histrorical data.
In ST6N, I get all app servers name including the new one. When I click on the new app server and click on Snapshot then detailed information for CPU,memory etc are displayed but when I click on resources under "Previous hours" or "History" to get CPU,memory etc details then an error pop-up is displayed i.e. "No Performance MTEs availbale for category CPU" or "No Performance MTEs availbale for category MEM" [availbale <- SAP typo].
How to make sure that we can get previous hours and as well historical cpu,memory use informations ?

Hi, the data you are trying to see is collected by saposcol.
1) Log on to the specific application server and verify that everything is working correctly with saposcol:
ST06->Operating System Collector->Status
ST06->Operating System Collector->Available days
ST06->Operating System Collector->Log file.
2) Installing an additional App server should have configured the statistical data setup automatically:
ST03N - check if the the app server is listed.
ST03N->Collector->Performance Monitor collector->Log
3) Check transaction RZ03 that there are no conflics in the Operation Mode.
4) Run the program RSCOLL00 manually on that app server.
This should give you a starting point .....
