ITunes Connect - Validation request process failed

Hi,
I am trying to sign up with iTunes Connect to sell on the iBookstore.
I successfully signed up with iTunes Connect, but when I go in to the "Request Paid Books Agreement", I receive an error that says "Validation request process failed" whenever I click on the continue button.
The page that I am talking about only has address/phone details and a checkbox to agree to the agreement. Name and address details are already pre-filled from my iTunes account, I click on the checkbox (which makes the continue button active), but then when I click on continue, I get this error.
I have tried multiple times from multiple browsers in case it was cache or browser cookies related.
I have searched for people encountering the same issue, but haven't found anything, so I thought it best to put the question here.

I received a reply from support, asking me to take screenshots and confirm some more details.
When I went to do so, it worked.
What I would suggest is restarting your computer and trying again from logging in.
It might have just been a temporary problem, because I had tried from multiple browsers previously and nothing seemed to work. But when I tried this morning it worked.

Sorry, I wasn't really replying to your problem, I was adding some questions on this topic. I try to better explain my problems, all about Collaboration Launch Pad (CLP).
I've configured the Portal using English as main language, then I've assigned portal roles to users whose logon language is Italian. When these Italian users start application sharing, the popup window for selecting the application to share doesn't responde to "OK", "Cancel" and "Refresh" buttons, the only way to close the popup is to use the "X" button, but this action doesn't allow the user to participate in another real time session unless logging off.
Another problem is about the online status of the Administrator user: when set to "Automatically Detect Status" the icon is "blank", like if it where not possible to determine the status (but this does not occur always).
The last issue: when I try to share an application with another user, the popup window for selecting the application appears to the other user and not to me!!!
After clearing the cache of the browser, many of the problems above do not occur any more, except for the one regarding the language of the user.
Any suggestions?

When I try to add a new query of universe in DashBoard, I have the error message at the step of Preview Query Result.
Message : Request processign failed (XLS 000009).... Conversion from UTF8 to charset failed...

Okay here is the thing.
I was getting the same error message for while ago. My case was the custom SQL I used in list of values in the universe. If you are using custom SQL code in any where of your universe check the FROM statement and you'll see that <ConnectionName>.<TableName>.
If you've changed the connection name at some point for some reason, you need to put the new connection name there.

ODQ Delimted loader connection validation issue.

I am new to ODQ . I installed ODI/ODP/ODQ complete setup (Both Client & Server) at my personal laptop and started practicing the ODQ tutorial avaliable on oracle website. I login to metabase manger with madmin , created metabase oracledq , created the user demo and mapped it with the metabase oracledq and create a delimited loader connection to access files in a folder. I then logged in to ODQ Interface with demo user. All was well tell this point
To create entity , i selected the delimted loader , specified * as filter and enter username demo and its password in connection validation section , it failed on next button with error "Authentication failed. su: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." I created a user demo on my machine with the same credentials as was defined in metabase manager and this time the error message changed to "Authentication failed. su: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer." I assigned demo user to administrator group , power user group and also give it full access on the directory in which i have the files but in vain .
I search the error and got a suggestion from a networking forum to install Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools and execute the following command
net user demo /active:yes
ntrights +r SeNetworkLogonRight -u demo
ntrights -r SeDenyNetworkLogonRight -u demo
But no sucess.
Kindly share if some one have the solution for this issues. Seems some access right issue which i am not able to fix

Could not upload my app to itune connect.

I have created an app, and sign it and validated it. But when i try to uplad it itune connect that it will failed to upload whith this error :
1. Communication error. Please use diagnostic mode to check connectivity. You need to have outbound access to TCP port 443.
2. An exception has occured : Operation timed out
3. Could not connect to Apple's web service.
4. Unable to autheticaticate the package: 608870878.itmsp
And geting this warnings :
1. Transporter update failed with unexpected exception.

I am using internet connection that have 2 MBPS speed so, i dont have any problem with internet connection. And also my firewall is turned off so port 443 is also not issue. I am using Xcode version 4.6. And i have uploaded app before from my mac, but at resent i have upgraded my xcode and now i am unable upload app. I am on proxy network, But as i said i have uploaded app before so proxy is not problem.

The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
1. Open Safari
2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work.

downloaded the updated iTunes and that did nothing. I then went through the form about $ very VERY carefully and discovered one field left blank. Once that was filled in, everything worked and I now have my free app.

The process of AquaDan88 had worked for me (one million thx to him/her for the tips !). Now, I've to say something (maybe usefull for you kevinfromnorman). It is very important that you create a new account (not necessarily in USA. In my case, I'm in Switzerland and I've created a new account (without credit card into the app store in my country). The important thing is how to create this account:
You absolutely MUST follow this Apple process to create your new account (without credit card) since the point 2) of AquaDan88 procedure. Follow carefully what Apple wrote on the page I've put the link here under

Doing this will for sure resolve your problem (as he resolve mine right now).
A last information. For those that already have an second account created, don't try to use your second account in place of create a new one. It is really important to CREATE a new account and not use one already created one ! I've tried with an already existing account yesterday evening and it won't make the deal.
By the way, I'm amazed by the answer you received from the iTunes support kevinfromnorman !!! As soon as you've recover your Genius, answer back to their email with the right solution ! ;-)

Can you acess http://reportserver/reports from a web browser on the OpsMgr server?
Moreover,you can use a UDL file to test various connectivity scenarios, create a simple text file, rename the extension from TXT to UDL, fill out the necessary information on the connection tab then test the connection, and troubleshoot
as necessary if it fails to connect.

AIR iOS app fails uploading to Apple (iTunes Connect)

I've been trying to upload my iOS app to iTunes Connect via Application Loader but it fails every single time. I'm getting the following error(s);
'Unable to run the lipo command: ... Can't map input file ...' and 'Application failed codesign verification'
I believe the second error is due to the first, but I'm not sure. I've been looking around the web for solutions and only found this thread on here, I've tried everything said there but nothing helps.
Replacing my game with an empty FLA doesn't seem to work either.

I'm on the latter side, usually it's a codesigning issue. How did you develop your certs and did you follow the order specifically in my list in that post? Often people use old certs but create a new app ID and expect the old certs to work.
There's been other discussions about extra "files" that Flash Pro inserts into IPAs (.zips in disguise). Because Flash Pro publishes to a folder that's not built specifically for that build, people sometimes copy extra files into that path. Those files can "automatically" and accidentally be added to the IPA without the author desiring that. You should check what files are being packaged with your IPA to verify there's no extra junk.
Are you using flash CS5.5 or CS6 and what version of AIR are you overlayed to?

SNC processing failed could mean lots of things... did you installed the SAPcrypto library?.. did you created the certificates correctly?...
Read SAP notes 812386 and 33135.
