ITunes craches as soon as i open it.(Not the common crash)
As soon as I double click the icon microsoft returns with a message that says, "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close and then the Dont Send and Send Error report buttons."
My computer crashed yesterday with all my music which im sure has something to do with it. The recovery software backed up the files i think

If I need to delete and reinstall it will I lose all my saved websites? I have hundreds from years now..it would be awful to lose them all..Note that installing a Firefox Beta release will put you on the Beta update channel, so do not forget to install the regular Firefox 28.0 version once it gets released.<br />
The Beta version usually gets updates twice a week.
Always make sure not to remove personal data in case you decide to uninstall Firefox. -
I just downloaded the latest upgrade for my 3rd gen IPod and now most of the Apps close as soon as they open. Only the first page of Apps and the bottom line will operate. Does anyone know of a solution. I checked with common problems and I don't have other Apps open.
If the ipod was completely drained of power, you have to leave the ipod connected to a power source (Like your PC) for up to an hour before it will have enough power to power up and be seen by windows and iTunes.

I purchase songs from Itunes and as soon as I sync my phone, the song gets deleted. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
I have random songs that a have paid for but they just disappear, or cannot be downloaded and so on. Sometimes they are indexed wrongly, and can't be found because of that, no work around because also the search function of itunes has gotten totally unusable. Not much fun to be an apple user anymore. I once used to be a very loyal user. My first apple was a Macintosh SE and an image writer II.

When I sync my iphone 4S using iTunes it only syncs 8.5GB of music, not the entore library as specified. Is there a capcity default limit of the amount of storage that can be used for music and if so how do I change it?
The only limit is that of the device. No restrictions on how much of it you can use for music. Is part of your music library unchecked?

So if I understand you properly, I need to create EOs for all my list of values (which are based on views of Oracle apps tables) and base my VO on those EOs. And then I setup associations between these EOs and the Item EO. Then I include the these EOs in my Items VO and add the description attributes to my list of attributes. I had done this for the list of users, but for the views of Oracle I had just created read only VO. Sounds like that won't work if I want to display the description. I know what to do - I guess I was hoping there was a way to use the read only VO.

I cannot transfer music to my iPhone4. I just got it and was shown how to do it on iTunes. I managed to transfer photos, but not the music. I tried auto sync and also manyal. Nothing worked - still no music on my iPhone :-(

Can anyone help with this issue as soon as I open itunes the computer crashes and restarts this happens also when I try to connect my iphone the operating system is Windows XP and all updates have been done for the OS.
Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.

Before you ask, no, I don't have more than one user account.
I have nothing running that would be using itunes either, it just won't allow me to open itunes.
I even went to the task manager to see if it was somehow open elsewhere, and it's not.
I can restart my computer and it'll work the first time to open, but not after that, even though like I said, it isn't running period.dcwdcw:
The solution to your problem is to close the other user's copy of iTunes, so that you are only using one copy of iTunes at any time. As long as you have separate user accounts, your nephew's iTunes and everything in it will be separate.
I assume the problem is that having two copies of iTunes open at the same time violates the licence to use iTunes which, in common with "paid for" software, usually has the restriction that you can only use one copy at a time unless you have a _multiple user_ licence.
Of course it's a bit silly - iTunes is free, but I suspect that's what the problem is.
The original poster has a different problem though, but I don't understand ATV because I don't have it, which is why I haven't been able to help the OP. Hopefully, someone else can.

Itunes has duplicated all the songs of my library; how can you get rid of duplicates the quickest way possible knowing that I can't use
the suggestion to delete albums as they are the songs and not the albums which have been duplicated.The script still works as intended whether you can pre-filter for duplicates or not. As of right now there may be an issue with some of my scripts if the library is displaying available iCloud purchases. Untick Edit > Preferences > Store > Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases if the script bombs complaining of missing object properites.

Itunes 11.1.1.11 recognizes one but not the other
Recently I went against better judgement and updated iTunes and instantly my older 120gb iPod Classic (which worked on this setup as recent as last week) is no longer being recognized by iTunes. Yet however my 6th gen 8gb Nano is appearing in iTunes with no problems at all.

are you referring to doing a Restore? A Reset is not the same as a Restore. The Reset just restarts the iPod. It is not erased.
And did you try connecting the iPod to the computer, after shutting down (powering off) and disconnecting all other USB devices? This test rules out a problem caused by USB conflict (and also lack of power on the USB bus).
If you did those things, try putting the iPod into Disk Mode.

Then, with iTunes NOT running, connect the iPod to the computer. Does Windows see the iPod as a storage device (like an external hard drive)? If it does, try running iTunes when the iPod is in Disk Mode.

My 3rd gen iPod from 2003 and my 4th gen iPod from 2004 still work fine with the latest version of iTunes. -
Itunes freezes as soon as it opens, safari won't work, all since I updated to lion
My friend put microsoft office and updated me from snow leopord to Lion. Now my itunes and safari do the same thing when I open them - they seem to open but the rainbow ball just keeps spinning and it says "not responding". It freezes like this every time. My computer is running a little slower too, but I thought it might be from adding those programs. The memory is about half full on my laptop.

If you didn't clear the font cache, install Font Finagler. That will clear out font caches. -
I keep getting the familiar message "MSVCR80 file is missing...I have read that the most recent update of I-tunes around January had a compatibility issue with Windows 7. Consequently the updates did not load properly. I am unable to open my I-Tunes Updates because of this stated file missing. Like a dog chasing its own tail. I have seen several suggestions including copying my I-Tunes tunes and totally dumping I-Tunes and all related files then downloading it as new. I also read that I may cause other programs to have issues as some files are shared across programs/apps and so removing ALL of I-Tunes can cause loss of operation of other apps . Can anyone verify the latter and assist with the initial problem of getting rid of the message regarding MSVCR80 with a good and lasting fix?

Is itunes compatable with HP netbook?
If the netbook has less than 768 dpi vertical resolution, the "Accept" button will be displaying off the bottom of the screen. (I'm afraid, if so, you'll run into similar trouble when trying to make preferences changes.)
With any luck, the "accept" button although not visible on your system might be the active one. If you hit your enter key does the setup proceed beyond the liscensing agreement?

Duplicate e-mails when sending photos
I have a regular iPhone (not the 3G). I have a Yahoo e-mail account as the default for the phone. When I take photos with the iPhone and then e-mail the photos, it attempts to send them and then I get a response that says unable to send. It then goes
