Itunes crashes when attempting to submit CD track names

Question

After importing an Audio CD I update the track names. This has worked perfectly until the most recent upgrade of Itunes.
Steps to consistently cause the crash:
In Itunes, click on Advanced Menu option.
Select 'Submit CD track names'
Enter a more than one character in one of the fields. Doesn't matter which field it always crashes.
Running Windows XP SP3 with all the latest hotfixes,etc.

Same problem here, both on Windows XP SP3 and 32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium.
